【摘要】：介紹一種基于ZYNQ的微型光譜儀高速數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),以ZYNQ7010為核心微處理器,搭配ILX511CCD線列探測器與高速模/數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)換器AD7621構(gòu)成高速光譜數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng),最高采樣率可達(dá)3 MS/s。ZYNQ7010集成了雙核ARM CortexA9 MPCore處理器、FPGA邏輯和DSP單元,可以使光譜數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)空間更小,擴(kuò)展性更高,并為后期的光譜數(shù)據(jù)處理提供了豐富的資源。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces a high speed data acquisition system of miniature spectrometer based on ZYNQ, which is composed of ZYNQ7010 as the core microprocessor, ILX511CCD linear detector and high speed A / D converter AD7621.The highest sampling rate can be up to 3 MS/s.ZYNQ7010, which integrates dual core ARM CortexA9 MPCore processor FPGA logic and DSP unit, which can make the spectral data acquisition system smaller and more extensible, and provide abundant resources for the later spectral data processing.
