壓簧在關(guān)節(jié)式坐標(biāo)測量機平衡機構(gòu)中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:關(guān)節(jié)式坐標(biāo)測量機力平衡部件結(jié)構(gòu)和參數(shù)配置直接影響測量機的測量精度和平衡效果。使用彎曲壓簧式平衡部件實現(xiàn)一種6自由度(6DOF)關(guān)節(jié)式坐標(biāo)測量機的平衡。通過MATLAB軟件對壓簧結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進行分析,建立關(guān)鍵參數(shù)與平衡效果之間的關(guān)系,為彎曲壓簧式平衡部件的設(shè)計提供了理論依據(jù);利用ANSYS軟件對彎曲壓簧進行仿真受力分析,優(yōu)化彎曲壓簧平衡部件,并通過實驗進行檢驗。實驗結(jié)果表明,利用彎曲壓簧可以實現(xiàn)關(guān)節(jié)式坐標(biāo)測量機的平衡。
[Abstract]:The structure and parameter configuration of the force balance part of the joint coordinate measuring machine (CMM) have a direct influence on the measuring accuracy and the balance effect of the measuring machine. The structural parameters of pressure spring are analyzed by MATLAB software. The relationship between the key parameters and the balance effect is established, which provides a theoretical basis for the design of the bending pressure spring balancing parts, and makes use of the ANSYS software to simulate the force analysis of the bending pressure spring, and optimizes the bending pressure spring balance parts. The experimental results show that the balance of the joint coordinate measuring machine can be realized by using the bending spring.
