【摘要】：渦輪流量計(jì)葉片的制造公差將導(dǎo)致輸出信號(hào)頻率波動(dòng),因而傳統(tǒng)的測(cè)周法噪聲較大。提出一種渦輪流量測(cè)量算法,通過滾動(dòng)采集渦輪流量計(jì)循環(huán)周期內(nèi)多個(gè)連續(xù)脈沖信號(hào)的脈沖群周期,每采集到一個(gè)新的脈沖就計(jì)算一次當(dāng)前脈沖群的平均周期和頻率,再利用流量-頻率對(duì)應(yīng)關(guān)系得到當(dāng)前流量。該方法能夠解決現(xiàn)有技術(shù)中渦輪流量計(jì)信號(hào)測(cè)量的實(shí)時(shí)性與精確性之間的矛盾。
[Abstract]:Manufacturing tolerances blade of turbine flowmeter will cause the output signal frequency fluctuation, and the traditional measuring method of noise. A turbine flow measurement algorithm, through the acquisition of rolling cycle turbine flowmeter multiple consecutive pulse signal pulse cycle, each collected a new pulse to calculate a current pulse group the average period and frequency, corresponding relationship between using flow - frequency current flow. This method can solve the contradiction between real-time and accurate signal measurement of turbine flowmeter in the prior art.
