基于IMADM模型的消費(fèi)者采用智能醫(yī)療服務(wù)的影響因素系統(tǒng)

  在過(guò)去的幾十年中,物聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療保健(loTH)的發(fā)展給醫(yī)療保健領(lǐng)域帶來(lái)了巨大進(jìn)步。loTH的先發(fā)制人,基于場(chǎng)景且易于訪問(wèn)的特點(diǎn)改進(jìn)了傳統(tǒng)的藥物系統(tǒng),并在患者和醫(yī)護(hù)人員中引發(fā)了巨大的吸引力。loTH通過(guò)給在家或偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)的患者提供便利,極大地緩解了當(dāng)前醫(yī)療資源短缺和分布不均的情況。但是隨著市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展,消費(fèi)者面對(duì)具有不同功能和特性的智能醫(yī)療保健服務(wù)時(shí),選擇合適的服務(wù)變得非常困難。業(yè)界最近面臨的一個(gè)主要問(wèn)題是如何鼓勵(lì)推行智能醫(yī)療服務(wù),并讓顧客采納。這項(xiàng)研究的主要目標(biāo)是利用所提出的模型,來(lái)指導(dǎo)智能醫(yī)療服務(wù)提供商優(yōu)化服務(wù)和營(yíng)銷策略。本文基于IMADM模型,構(gòu)建了消費(fèi)者采用智能醫(yī)療服務(wù)的影響因素系統(tǒng)。該模型采用決策與評(píng)估實(shí)驗(yàn)室(DEMATEL)流程、DEMATEL分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)(DANP)方法和改進(jìn)的VIseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje(VIKOR)方法相結(jié)合的改進(jìn) MADM 模型,討論了促進(jìn)智能醫(yī)療系統(tǒng)技術(shù)采用的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)/維度之間的相互依賴和反饋效應(yīng)、最優(yōu)替代選擇以及系統(tǒng)修改。最后,本文在實(shí)證研究的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)提出的模型進(jìn)行了評(píng)估,并進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)...
