內(nèi)容流行分布動態(tài)性對基站端緩存性能的影響

【摘要】:為了滿足移動數(shù)據(jù)的爆炸性增長,在無線邊緣部署緩存已經(jīng)成為下一代移動通信的研究熱點之一。業(yè)務模型與實際相符的程度直接決定了無線緩存性能評估的準確性,然而目前幾乎所有關(guān)于無線緩存的文獻所采用的文件請求模型并未考慮內(nèi)容流行分布的動態(tài)變化。最近已有文獻考慮時變流行分布,但是均采用了被動緩存策略,而主動緩存策略對無線緩存十分重要。本文分別基于一個能夠描述內(nèi)容流行度動態(tài)變化的文件請求模型——散粒噪聲模型、和現(xiàn)有文獻中廣泛采用的獨立參考模型,分析了采用被動和基于預測的主動基站緩存策略時內(nèi)容流行分布動態(tài)變化對命中率和無線網(wǎng)絡吞吐量的影響。仿真結(jié)果表明,采用散粒噪聲模型對評估無線緩存系統(tǒng)吞吐量的影響很大,特別是當網(wǎng)絡中干擾較小時;另外,已有文獻基于被動緩存策略得到的結(jié)論并不適于主動緩存策略。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the explosive growth of mobile data, the deployment of cache at the wireless edge has become one of the research hotspots of next generation mobile communication. The accuracy of wireless cache performance evaluation is directly determined by the degree of consistency between the traffic model and the actual situation. However, almost all the file request models adopted in the literature on wireless cache do not take into account the dynamic changes of the popular distribution of content at present. In recent literature, time-varying popular distribution is considered, but passive caching strategy is adopted, and active caching strategy is very important to wireless caching. This paper is based on a file request model which can describe the dynamic change of content popularity-the granular noise model, and the independent reference model widely used in the existing literature. This paper analyzes the impact of dynamic change of popular content distribution on hit ratio and throughput of wireless network when passive and prediction-based active base station caching strategy is adopted. The simulation results show that the granular noise model has a great impact on the throughput evaluation of wireless cache system, especially when the interference is small in the network, and the conclusions based on the passive caching strategy in the literature are not suitable for the active caching strategy.
