GYTX設備安裝工程項目進度管理研究
[Abstract]:In order to support the development of market business and ensure the network advantage of China Mobile, Guangyuan Mobile decided to carry out the GYTX equipment installation project. The goal of the current project is to do a good job of ensuring the Spring Festival, to solve the problem of network quality survey, and to give priority to resolving the hot spot coverage of data above 600m in villages and towns and the coverage of important highways combined with the Spring Festival return home. According to the current network traffic and traffic growth forecast, select high traffic, competitive area for network expansion, at the same time turn on the carrier convergence function; The project task is heavy, time is tight, and project schedule management is of great significance to the successful completion of the project. Based on the theory and method of project schedule management and the characteristics of mobile base station project, the research of GYTX equipment installation project schedule management is carried out in this paper. First of all, the general situation of GYTX equipment installation project is analyzed systematically, and the business requirement of GYTX equipment installation project is put forward. According to the present situation of Guangyuan mobile base station and the project construction resource condition, the project construction scale and main project quantity are put forward. And project organization and schedule. Secondly, the scope and flow of the main equipment installation project in wireless network are analyzed. According to the related materials, the time limit of each sub-activity in the project is estimated by using the method of "three-point estimation", and the logical relationship of the project is determined. The network plan is drawn, the key path of the project is determined, and the reasonable operation of the project is ensured. Then, the project schedule control scheme of GYTX equipment installation project is put forward. According to the actual situation of the project, the Gantt chart is used to compare the planned progress with the actual progress, and then the deviation analysis is carried out. These factors that affect the progress of the project mainly come from the construction unit, the equipment unit and the construction unit. In order to prevent the delay of progress, some measures are taken to correct the deviation of project schedule, which to a certain extent ensure the successful implementation of the project. Finally, the guarantee measures of project schedule control are put forward, including personnel quality guarantee, construction organization and material support, internal and external environment guarantee and so on. With the rapid development of mobile communication, 4G network plays an important role in people's life, and mobile communication is entering the 5G era. Project schedule management and control requirements are more stringent. The achievements of this paper are scientific planning, effective supervision and reasonable control of the project schedule management of communication enterprises, so as to improve the level of enterprise project management, and have important theoretical practical value and practical significance for the development of communication enterprises.
