電子紙的驅(qū)動及顯示內(nèi)容控制系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:電子紙是一種類紙顯示技術(shù),它一經(jīng)出現(xiàn)就得到了人們的關(guān)注。一方面,它具有紙一般的顯示效果。另一方面,它的能耗特別低。在如今日益強調(diào)節(jié)能環(huán)保的社會里,電子紙的出現(xiàn)不僅可以減少人們對紙張的需求,還可以使人們獲得紙質(zhì)般的閱讀體驗,因此電子紙作為顯示技術(shù)的一個發(fā)展方向,將會發(fā)揮越來越重要的作用。電子紙在作為顯示標簽使用時需要面臨顯示刷新的問題,如果所有的標簽都通過下載線來接收顯示內(nèi)容必將使整個電子紙顯示模塊變復雜且不易用,而通過無線方式就可以很好的解決這個問題。無線顯示內(nèi)容的控制不僅使電子紙模塊的結(jié)構(gòu)更加簡單,使用起來也會更加方便,尤其是在一定范圍內(nèi)對多個顯示模塊的內(nèi)容進行修改時,使用無線顯示控制會大大提高工作質(zhì)量和效率。本論文首先介紹了幾種不同類型電子紙技術(shù)并對這幾種電子紙實現(xiàn)方式作了分析對比,還介紹了電子紙常用的三種驅(qū)動方式及電子紙顯示驅(qū)動中一些重要的概念。在深入學習了SSD1608驅(qū)動芯片的驅(qū)動原理與使用方法后利用MSP430型單片機實現(xiàn)了與驅(qū)動芯片的通信連接,并對芯片的顯示緩沖數(shù)據(jù)區(qū)、驅(qū)動掃描方式及驅(qū)動電壓等相關(guān)參數(shù)的設(shè)置原理進行了詳細闡述,并在此基礎(chǔ)上實現(xiàn)了對點陣型電子紙的驅(qū)動。在實現(xiàn)對電子紙驅(qū)動的基礎(chǔ)上,本論文還設(shè)計了電子紙顯示內(nèi)容無線控制系統(tǒng),在實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)前需要對顯示驅(qū)動模塊的功能進行改進,通過將藍牙模塊集成到顯示驅(qū)動模塊中,并對驅(qū)動程序增加數(shù)據(jù)收發(fā)處理及Flash操作程序,使顯示驅(qū)動模塊具備無線數(shù)據(jù)收發(fā)能力。隨后設(shè)計出顯示內(nèi)容無線控制的上位機,該上位機一方面需要對選取的圖片進行處理以滿足驅(qū)動模塊的顯示需求,另一方面要通過上位機的串口通信模塊完成對藍牙的無線連接配置及數(shù)據(jù)收發(fā)等操作。最后在系統(tǒng)聯(lián)合調(diào)試的過程中需要對兩個系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)處理格式及處理速度進行匹配以保證數(shù)據(jù)收發(fā)的正常進行。該系統(tǒng)經(jīng)過反復測試,可以很好的實現(xiàn)對電子紙顯示內(nèi)容的無線控制,達到了預期設(shè)計目的。整套系統(tǒng)使用了低功耗的芯片,藍牙模塊無線通信穩(wěn)定可靠,電子紙顯示效果好,上位機性能穩(wěn)定功能豐富。
[Abstract]:Electronic paper is a kind of paper display technology. On the one hand, it has paper general display effect. On the other hand, its energy consumption is particularly low. In a society with increasing emphasis on energy conservation and environmental protection, the emergence of electronic paper can not only reduce people's demand for paper, but also enable people to obtain paper-based reading experience. Therefore, electronic paper is a development direction of display technology. Will play an increasingly important role. When the electronic paper is used as a display label, it has to face the problem of display refresh. If all the tags receive the display content through the download line, it will make the whole electronic paper display module complex and difficult to use. And through wireless way can solve this problem very well. The control of wireless display content not only makes the structure of electronic paper module simpler, but also makes it more convenient to use, especially when the content of multiple display modules is modified within a certain range. The use of wireless display control will greatly improve the quality and efficiency of work. In this paper, several different kinds of electronic paper technologies are introduced, and the realization methods of these electronic paper are analyzed and compared. At the same time, three kinds of driving methods commonly used in electronic paper and some important concepts in electronic paper display drive are also introduced. After deeply studying the driving principle and using method of SSD1608 driver chip, the communication connection with the driver chip is realized by using MSP430 microcontroller, and the display buffer data area of the chip is also given. The setting principle of the driving scan mode and the driving voltage and other related parameters are described in detail, and on this basis, the point matrix electronic paper driving is realized. Based on the realization of electronic paper driver, this paper also designs a wireless control system for electronic paper display content. The function of display driver module needs to be improved before the realization of the system, and the Bluetooth module is integrated into the display driver module. Data processing and Flash operation program are added to the driver, so that the display driver module has wireless data transceiver ability. Subsequently, the host computer with wireless control of display content is designed. On the one hand, the upper computer needs to process the selected pictures to meet the display requirements of the driving module. On the other hand, Bluetooth wireless connection configuration and data transceiver should be completed through serial communication module of host computer. Finally, it is necessary to match the data processing format and processing speed of the two systems in the process of joint debugging. After repeated tests, the system can achieve the wireless control of electronic paper display content, and achieve the desired design purpose. The whole system uses low power chip, the Bluetooth module wireless communication is stable and reliable, the electronic paper display effect is good, the host computer performance stability function is rich.
