基于子空間投影SVD的MIMO穿墻雷達(dá)雜波抑制方法

【摘要】:在穿墻雷達(dá)成像中,墻體的強(qiáng)反射信號(hào)會(huì)干擾墻后目標(biāo)的成像與檢測(cè),甚至湮沒臨近墻體的目標(biāo).傳統(tǒng)的空域?yàn)V波法從回波幅值出發(fā),通過空間域線性濾波實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)墻體雜波的抑制.然而,該方法在墻體與目標(biāo)臨近的情況下效果較差,且不適用于MIMO穿墻雷達(dá).本文針對(duì)超寬帶MIMO穿墻雷達(dá)成像過程中墻體雜波抑制問題,提出了一種基于子空間投影的奇異值分解方法,該方法從信號(hào)回波的特征出發(fā),通過回波信號(hào)矩陣最主要的一個(gè)或幾個(gè)奇異值成分確定墻雜波子空間,再利用正交子空間投影去除回波信號(hào)中的墻雜波成分.MATLAB仿真結(jié)果表明,提出的墻體雜波抑制方法在消除墻體雜波對(duì)目標(biāo)成像結(jié)果的影響方面效果更佳,還能消減隨機(jī)噪聲等弱干擾雜波,抑制多目標(biāo)探測(cè)中的虛假成像,改善成像質(zhì)量,實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)的精確成像.
[Abstract]:In the radar imaging of the wall, the strong reflection signal of the wall will interfere with the imaging and detection of the target behind the wall, and even annihilate the target near the wall. Based on the echo amplitude, the traditional spatial filtering method can suppress the wall clutter by linear filtering in spatial domain. However, the effect of this method is poor when the wall is close to the target, and it is not suitable for MIMO wall-penetrating radar. In this paper, a singular value decomposition method based on subspace projection is proposed for the suppression of wall clutter in ultra-wideband (UWB) MIMO wall-penetrating radar imaging. The method is based on the characteristics of signal echo. The wall clutter subspace is determined by one or more singular value components of the echo signal matrix. The simulation results show that the wall clutter component is removed from the echo signal by orthogonal subspace projection. MATLAB simulation results show that, The proposed method is more effective in eliminating the influence of the wall clutter on the target imaging results. It can also reduce the random noise and other weak interference clutter, suppress the false imaging in multi-target detection, and improve the imaging quality. Accurate imaging to achieve the goal.
