【摘要】：正《通信學(xué)報(bào)》第九屆編委會(huì)會(huì)議于2017年7月13日在貴陽(yáng)召開(kāi),本次會(huì)議得到了貴州大學(xué)的大力支持。方濱興院士等52位編委及中國(guó)通信學(xué)會(huì)、人民郵電出版社領(lǐng)導(dǎo)出席了會(huì)議。會(huì)議由《通信學(xué)報(bào)》主編楊義先主持。人民郵電出版社副社長(zhǎng)劉華魯代表出版社發(fā)言,簡(jiǎn)要介紹了人民郵電出版社在期刊出版方面的發(fā)展歷史和近況,指出加強(qiáng)高水平的學(xué)術(shù)出版是出版社近年來(lái)的重要工作,并且,強(qiáng)大的編委團(tuán)隊(duì)是《通信學(xué)報(bào)》的重要支柱,作為《通信學(xué)報(bào)》的承辦出版單位,人民郵電出版社會(huì)繼續(xù)支持通信學(xué)會(huì)和編委會(huì)的工作。貴州大學(xué)密碼學(xué)與數(shù)據(jù)安全研究所所長(zhǎng)彭長(zhǎng)根教授代表本次會(huì)議承辦單位貴州大學(xué)致歡迎辭,并介紹了貴州大學(xué)在貴州省大數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中做出的工作。
[Abstract]:The 9th editorial Committee meeting was held in Guiyang on July 13, 2017. Fang Binxing Academician, 52 editorial Committee and China Communications Society, the people's Post and Telecommunications Publishing House leaders attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Yang Yixian, editor-in-chief of Journal of Communications. Speaking on behalf of the Publishing House, Liu Hualu, deputy director of the people's Post and Telecommunications Publishing House, briefly introduced the development history and recent situation of the people's Post and Telecommunications Publishing House in the field of periodical publishing, and pointed out that strengthening high-level academic publishing is an important work of the publishing house in recent years. The powerful editorial committee team is an important pillar of the Journal of Communications. As the undertaking and publishing unit of the Journal of Communications, the people's Post and Telecommunications Publishing House will continue to support the work of the Communication Society and editorial Committee. Professor Peng Changgen, Director of the Institute of Cryptography and data Security of Guizhou University, delivered a welcome speech on behalf of Guizhou University, and introduced the work done by Guizhou University in the development of big data industry in Guizhou Province.
