【摘要】：介紹了一種Ku波段9通道收發(fā)分機(jī),8個(gè)工作通道,1個(gè)校準(zhǔn)通道,用于相控陣?yán)走_(dá)的T/R子陣與信號(hào)處理分機(jī)的傳輸信道。分機(jī)采用400Mbps LVDS進(jìn)行通信控制,在180mm×110mm×40mm體積下實(shí)現(xiàn)各通道獨(dú)立可控。實(shí)現(xiàn)了發(fā)射信號(hào)各通道幅度一致性≤±1dB,相位一致性≤±10°;下變頻接收增益73dB,通道幅度一致性≤±1.5dB,相位一致性≤±20°。采用電磁兼容多層主控板+收發(fā)通道分腔設(shè)計(jì)的思路,實(shí)現(xiàn)高增益下低雜散,高通道隔離。
