基于HOQ的盲人手機(jī)創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:目的提升盲人手機(jī)創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)的質(zhì)量與用戶滿意度。方法提出基于質(zhì)量屋(HOQ)的產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)方法,通過線上與線下用戶需求獲取數(shù)據(jù)并分析,準(zhǔn)確識別用戶需求與設(shè)計(jì)特性構(gòu)建HOQ。依據(jù)HOQ設(shè)計(jì)特性求解過程與方法,確立設(shè)計(jì)特性重要度排序與負(fù)相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)特性,并進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)創(chuàng)新。結(jié)論根據(jù)盲人手機(jī)用戶需求分析與盲人手機(jī)HOQ,準(zhǔn)確實(shí)現(xiàn)了盲人手機(jī)的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì),并論證了HOQ方法的有效性與可行性。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the quality and user satisfaction of innovative design for blind mobile phones. Methods A product innovation design method based on hoq was proposed. The data were obtained and analyzed through the online and offline user requirements, and the HOQs were constructed by accurately identifying the user requirements and design characteristics. According to the process and method of solving Hoq design characteristics, the order of importance of design characteristics and negative correlation design characteristics are established, and the design innovation is carried out. Conclusion according to the analysis of the needs of blind mobile phone users and the HOQs of blind mobile phones, the innovative design of blind mobile phones is realized accurately, and the effectiveness and feasibility of HOQ method are demonstrated.
