【摘要】：移動辦公領(lǐng)域憑借各種智能終端的技術(shù)成熟高速發(fā)展,而經(jīng)過多年發(fā)展已經(jīng)日趨完善的電子簽名系統(tǒng)并不能完全適應(yīng)目前的移動辦公環(huán)境,無法為移動端的簽名者提供符合電子簽名法要求的安全數(shù)字簽名。第三方數(shù)字證書機(jī)構(gòu)通過推出各種新式的證書載體,比如藍(lán)牙Key、MicroSD卡Key、OTG接口的Key等,為數(shù)字證書在移動端的使用提供了條件,解決了部分固定簽名者簽名環(huán)境下的證書使用問題。然而,在醫(yī)療知情文書簽署、保險單簽署、通信業(yè)務(wù)單簽署等移動展業(yè)環(huán)境下應(yīng)用電子簽名時,業(yè)務(wù)參與者具有高度隨機(jī)性,服務(wù)提供者由于通過第三方證書機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的數(shù)字證書單價高、制作周期長等因素,無法為參與業(yè)務(wù)的客戶提供有效的數(shù)字證書,導(dǎo)致電子簽名系統(tǒng)在相關(guān)環(huán)境下的應(yīng)用不規(guī)范,存在較大的安全和法律風(fēng)險。本文提出并實現(xiàn)了一種基于一次性數(shù)字證書的電子簽名算法,通過向數(shù)字證書中添加簽名文檔信息、簽名活動信息、筆跡信息,經(jīng)過相關(guān)的密碼學(xué)方法處理后生成一次性數(shù)字證書,使用該證書執(zhí)行傳統(tǒng)的數(shù)字簽名,解決隨機(jī)簽名者的數(shù)字證書問題。同時,本文設(shè)計了針對一次性數(shù)字簽名的驗證算法,通過該算法以及解析已簽名文檔的相關(guān)信息,可以認(rèn)證簽名文檔的完整性、簽名者筆跡是否被修改、簽名者身份等與簽名活動相關(guān)的多項信息。通過本文的一次性簽名與驗證算法,可以解決移動展業(yè)環(huán)境下對隨機(jī)簽名者的身份認(rèn)證、簽名認(rèn)證、抗抵賴等一系列問題。
[Abstract]:The field of mobile office has developed rapidly with the technology of various intelligent terminals, but the electronic signature system, which has been developed gradually for many years, can not fully adapt to the current mobile office environment. A secure digital signature that meets the requirements of the electronic signature law cannot be provided to the signer on the mobile side. Third party digital certificate institutions provide conditions for the use of digital certificates in mobile terminal by introducing various new certificate carriers, such as the key of key OTG interface of Bluetooth KeyPad MicroSD card, and solve the problem of certificate usage in the environment of partial fixed signer signature. However, when electronic signatures are applied in mobile exhibition environments such as the signing of medical informed documents, the signing of insurance policies, and the signing of communications service forms, business participants are highly random. Due to the high unit price and long production cycle of digital certificates issued by third-party certification agencies, service providers are unable to provide effective digital certificates for customers involved in business, resulting in the non-standard application of electronic signature systems in relevant environments. There are greater safety and legal risks. This paper proposes and implements an electronic signature algorithm based on one-off digital certificate, by adding signature document information, signature activity information and handwriting information to digital certificate. A one-off digital certificate is generated by using the relevant cryptographic method. The certificate is used to execute the traditional digital signature to solve the problem of the random signer's digital certificate. At the same time, this paper designs a verification algorithm for one-off digital signature, which can verify the integrity of the signed document and whether the signer's handwriting is modified by the algorithm and the relevant information of the signed document. The identity of the signer and other information related to the signature activity. Through the one-off signature and verification algorithm in this paper, a series of problems such as identity authentication, signature authentication, non-repudiation and so on can be solved.
