[Abstract]:This book is a rich and vivid guide on power integrity design and modeling. Through real case analysis and downloadable software examples, the paper describes the advanced technologies of design and modeling of efficient power allocation and noise minimization. The author introduces the components of power distribution network, analysis technology, measurement technology and modeling requirements, and explains the power / ground plane modeling in detail, including plane characteristics, lumped model, scheme based on distributed circuit, etc. Several advanced time domain simulation techniques, such as macro model, are introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages are discussed.
