【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和技術(shù)進(jìn)步,視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)成為一種有效的安防技術(shù)手段,在安全領(lǐng)域方面有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。鐵路視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)使得管理人員在綜控室就能實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)視到車站及鐵路沿線的情況,可起到威懾、預(yù)警、取證和指揮救援等作用。然而,現(xiàn)有的鐵路視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在穩(wěn)定性、易用性、可維護(hù)性方面還有諸多不足。因此,本文將在分析現(xiàn)行鐵路視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀況的基礎(chǔ)之上,著重在系統(tǒng)管理、流媒體分轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)、系統(tǒng)故障自維護(hù)等方面展開研究,并將新系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用在車站的客服平臺(tái)中,為其提供穩(wěn)定的流媒體數(shù)據(jù)以及對(duì)異常行為的智能分析算法。首先,本文詳細(xì)地分析了現(xiàn)運(yùn)行鐵路視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在視頻管理及流媒體分轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)服務(wù)方面存在的問題。針對(duì)上述問題,依據(jù)中國鐵路總公司71號(hào)文件中對(duì)視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的規(guī)范要求,提出了相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)方案,并詳細(xì)說明了所使用到的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。其次,針對(duì)現(xiàn)行視頻系統(tǒng)無法自動(dòng)檢設(shè)備是否正常運(yùn)行的缺點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)了一套故障自診斷及維護(hù)方案。該方案使用程序自動(dòng)分析視頻質(zhì)量的方法代替了人工手動(dòng)檢測(cè)的方法,提高了工作效率。最后,在現(xiàn)有的客服系統(tǒng)中沒有實(shí)現(xiàn)站內(nèi)重點(diǎn)區(qū)域的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控以及異常行為報(bào)警等功能。針對(duì)該問題,本文將綜合視頻平臺(tái)嵌入到客服系統(tǒng)中,通過對(duì)視頻流的智能分析,以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)車站重點(diǎn)區(qū)域的視頻監(jiān)控及乘客異常行為的告警功能。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy and technology, video surveillance system has become an effective security technology, and has been widely used in the field of security. Railway video surveillance system enables managers to monitor stations and railway lines in real time in the integrated control room, which can act as a deterrent, early warning, evidence gathering and command and rescue. However, the existing railway video surveillance system has many shortcomings in stability, ease of use and maintainability. Therefore, based on the analysis of the running status of the current railway video surveillance system, this paper focuses on the system management, streaming media sub-forwarding, system fault self-maintenance and so on, and applies the new system to the customer service platform of the station. It provides stable streaming media data and intelligent analysis algorithm for abnormal behavior. Firstly, this paper analyzes in detail the problems existing in the current railway video surveillance system in video management and streaming media sub-forwarding service. In view of the above problems, according to the specification requirements of video surveillance system in the document No. 71 of China Railway Corporation, the corresponding improvement scheme is put forward, and the key technologies used are explained in detail. Secondly, aiming at the shortcoming that the current video system can not automatically check whether the equipment is running normally, a set of fault self-diagnosis and maintenance scheme is designed. In this scheme, the method of automatic analysis of video quality is used instead of manual detection, and the working efficiency is improved. Finally, the existing customer service system does not realize the functions of real-time monitoring and abnormal behavior alarm in the key areas of the station. Aiming at this problem, this paper embeds the integrated video platform into the customer service system, through the intelligent analysis of the video stream, to realize the video surveillance of the key area of the station and the warning function of the passengers' abnormal behavior.
