用小波變換對(duì)ECG信號(hào)進(jìn)行去噪研究

【摘要】:小波消失矩階數(shù)的不同,對(duì)應(yīng)的小波濾波器的幅頻曲線也不相同,因此選用不同的小波濾波器對(duì)信號(hào)進(jìn)行濾波,去噪效果會(huì)有明顯差異。本文通過(guò)數(shù)學(xué)建模研究分析小波濾波器的幅頻特性,明確小波幅頻特征及與小波濾波器消失矩的階數(shù)之間的關(guān)系,為選擇最優(yōu)小波濾波器提供理論依據(jù)。本文提出針對(duì)ECG噪聲的頻率特點(diǎn)實(shí)現(xiàn)精確陷波去噪,有效的保留了信號(hào)的奇異點(diǎn)與特征值,減少了信號(hào)失真。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,選擇具有相對(duì)最優(yōu)消失矩階數(shù)的提升小波濾波器對(duì)ECG進(jìn)行去噪處理,可以使信號(hào)能量分布更加集中,去噪效果更好。
[Abstract]:The amplitude and frequency curves of the corresponding wavelet filter are different with the order of the wavelet vanishing moment. Therefore, different wavelet filters are used to filter the signal, and the denoising effect will be obviously different. In this paper, the amplitude-frequency characteristics of wavelet filters are studied and analyzed by mathematical modeling, and the relationship between wavelet amplitude-frequency characteristics and the order of vanishing moments of wavelet filters is clarified, which provides a theoretical basis for the selection of optimal wavelet filters. In this paper, according to the frequency characteristics of ECG noise, the accurate notch denoising is proposed, which effectively preserves the singularity and eigenvalue of the signal and reduces the distortion of the signal. The experimental results show that the signal energy distribution can be more concentrated and the denoising effect can be better by selecting the lifting wavelet filter with the relative optimal vanishing moment order to deal with the ECG.
