【摘要】：新鮮果蔬在運(yùn)輸過程中,因溫度、相對(duì)濕度等原因而影響果蔬的新鮮程度,甚至?xí)霈F(xiàn)果蔬腐爛問題,從而造成巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。為了減少果蔬運(yùn)輸過程中的損耗,提高果蔬冷鏈物流信息化程度,提出以ZigBee協(xié)議為基礎(chǔ)的無線傳感器網(wǎng)路的果蔬冷鏈物流實(shí)時(shí)在線監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。系統(tǒng)采用CC2530片上系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建ZigBee網(wǎng)絡(luò),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)冷藏庫(kù)溫度、濕度的實(shí)時(shí)在線監(jiān)控,路由器節(jié)點(diǎn)和協(xié)調(diào)器均采用CC2530。組網(wǎng)測(cè)試表明,該系統(tǒng)硬件結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,能夠?qū)囟取穸冗M(jìn)行可靠檢測(cè),從而最大限度地降低果蔬運(yùn)輸中的損失。
[Abstract]:Fresh fruits and vegetables in the transportation process, due to temperature, relative humidity and other reasons affect the degree of freshness of fruits and vegetables, and even appear fruit and vegetable decay, resulting in huge economic losses. In order to reduce the loss during fruit and vegetable transportation and improve the information level of fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics, a real-time online monitoring system of fruit and vegetable cold chain logistics based on ZigBee protocol is proposed. The system uses CC2530 to construct ZigBee network, which can monitor the temperature and humidity of cold storage in real time. The router node and coordinator adopt CC2530. The network test shows that the hardware structure of the system is simple and it can reliably detect the temperature and humidity, thus reducing the losses in the transportation of fruits and vegetables to the greatest extent.
