【摘要】：運維自動化是將現(xiàn)代化的運維和計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能結(jié)合在一起的一種新型運維方式。它使用先進的技術(shù),將運維人員的各種系統(tǒng)運行維護活動逐步由設(shè)備、信息系統(tǒng)來協(xié)同完成,達到充分獲取利用系統(tǒng)信息,提供工作效率的與生產(chǎn)率的目的。本次開發(fā)的電視臺運維系統(tǒng),是基于廣電行業(yè)本身技術(shù)、業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展需求,應(yīng)用計算機技術(shù),實現(xiàn)對電視臺生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的運維自動化,管理信息化。該系統(tǒng)包括用戶登陸,生產(chǎn)設(shè)備信息查看,異常告警信息捕獲,統(tǒng)計信息查看,遠程進程干預(yù),遠程文件查看,遠程設(shè)備鎖定,系統(tǒng)日志的功能。其滿足了電視臺維護工作中的基本要求,極大的降低了電視臺生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)的維護成本。本文首先介紹了課題的選題背景,對比了現(xiàn)階段國內(nèi)各大電視臺運維工作的現(xiàn)狀,并對當(dāng)前的維護工作執(zhí)行情況進行了分析,對本系統(tǒng)進行了可行性分析,其次對電視臺運維系統(tǒng)中涉及的相關(guān)技術(shù)進行介紹,確定了技術(shù)路線,選定了技術(shù)框架,并對核心技術(shù)進行了詳細研究包括ASP.NET,MySQL,Silverlight,ORM,Web socket等。然后結(jié)合中期需求調(diào)研階段收集到的用戶需求進行了需求整理形成了系統(tǒng)軟件需求,落地成功能模塊,接著對系統(tǒng)進行概要設(shè)計與詳細設(shè)計,并給出了相關(guān)功能實現(xiàn)與測試情況。最后對電視臺運維系統(tǒng)進行了系列分析與評估,并提出了后續(xù)的電視臺運維系統(tǒng)的工作方向�；陔娨暸_維護工作業(yè)務(wù)流程設(shè)計的電視臺運維系統(tǒng),較為深刻解讀了當(dāng)下電視臺維護作業(yè)中遇到的難題,能夠針對現(xiàn)今維護工作的困難進行有效的解決,提高了電視臺運維工作的效率。
[Abstract]:Operation and maintenance automation is a new type of operation and maintenance mode which combines modern operation and computer network functions.By using advanced technology, the operation and maintenance activities of operation and maintenance personnel are carried out by equipment and information system in cooperation step by step, so as to fully obtain and utilize system information and provide work efficiency and productivity.This development of TV station operation and maintenance system is based on the radio and television industry technology, business development needs, the application of computer technology to achieve the television production system automation, management information.The system includes user login, production equipment information viewing, abnormal alarm information capture, statistical information viewing, remote process intervention, remote file viewing, remote device locking, system log functions.It meets the basic requirements of TV station maintenance and greatly reduces the maintenance cost of TV station production system.This paper first introduces the background of the topic, compares the current situation of the operation and maintenance work of the major domestic TV stations, and analyzes the implementation of the current maintenance work, and analyzes the feasibility of the system.Secondly, the related technologies involved in the operation and maintenance system of TV station are introduced, the technical route is determined, the technical framework is selected, and the core technologies are studied in detail, including ASP. Net SQL Server Silverlight socket and so on.Then combined with the requirements collected in the intermediate stage of demand research, the system software requirements are sorted out, and the system software requirements fall to the ground into functional modules. Then, the system is designed in outline and detailed design.The implementation and test of related functions are also given.Finally, a series of analysis and evaluation of the TV station operation and maintenance system are carried out, and the working direction of the subsequent TV station operation and maintenance system is put forward.The operation and maintenance system of TV station based on the business process design of TV station maintenance deeply interprets the problems encountered in the current maintenance operation of TV station, and can effectively solve the difficulties in the current maintenance work.The efficiency of operation and maintenance of TV station is improved.
