【摘要】:微波光子技術(shù)是電子信息領(lǐng)域的一項(xiàng)潛在顛覆性技術(shù),是未來多功能、軟件化電子系統(tǒng)的重要支撐,它能有效克服傳統(tǒng)電子器件的技術(shù)瓶頸,改善微波系統(tǒng)性能指標(biāo),為新一代雷達(dá)等電子裝備帶來變革。系統(tǒng)地梳理了微波光子技術(shù)在雷達(dá)、機(jī)載電子戰(zhàn)、衛(wèi)星通信與成像系統(tǒng)、一體化綜合射頻和深空探測方面的研究進(jìn)展,并從器件鏈路、小型化集成和頂層設(shè)計(jì)三方面指出了微波光子技術(shù)走向大規(guī)模實(shí)用化所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Microwave photon technology is a potential subversive technology in the field of electronic information. It is an important support for the future multifunctional and software electronic system. It can effectively overcome the technical bottleneck of traditional electronic devices and improve the performance index of microwave system.For the new generation of radar and other electronic equipment to bring change.The research progress of microwave photon technology in radar, airborne electronic warfare, satellite communication and imaging system, integrated integrated radio frequency and deep space detection is systematically reviewed, and from device link,Three aspects of miniaturization integration and top-level design are presented, and the challenges of microwave photonic technology towards large-scale application are pointed out.
