【摘要】:提出一種基于射頻識別(RFID)的多功能無線腐蝕監(jiān)測傳感器,應用于混凝土的腐蝕情況監(jiān)測。該傳感器由RFID調(diào)制解調(diào)器、低功率單片機以及低功率三電極恒電位儀組成,由外部RFID讀寫器供電,且能夠進行多種參數(shù)測量,包括線性極化、開路電壓、溫度以及電源電壓。該傳感器封裝在一個尺寸為10.5 cm×4.5 cm×6.2 cm的機箱內(nèi)。經(jīng)過混凝土電化學腐蝕電池測試,結(jié)果顯示提出傳感器的性能和精度能夠與臺式恒電位儀(成本較高且體積較大)相媲美,但體積更小。進行線性極化測量時,提出傳感器的實測功率損耗為668μW。
[Abstract]:A multifunctional wireless corrosion monitoring sensor based on radio frequency identification (RFID) is proposed for concrete corrosion monitoring.The sensor consists of a RFID modem, a low-power single-chip microcomputer and a low-power three-electrode potentiostat. The sensor is powered by an external RFID reader and can be used to measure a variety of parameters, including linear polarization, open circuit voltage, temperature and power supply voltage.The sensor is packaged in a cabinet of 10.5 cm 脳 4.5 cm 脳 6.2 cm.The test results of concrete electrochemical corrosion battery show that the performance and accuracy of the sensor are comparable to those of the table potentiostat (high cost and larger volume), but the volume is smaller.For linear polarization measurement, the measured power loss of the sensor is 668 渭 W.
