THERMOELECTRIC PROPERTIES OF ZnO BASEDTHERMOELECTRIC MATERIA

  本文研究了摻雜元素和燒結氣氛等工藝條件對ZnO陶瓷熱電性能的影響。ZnO是一類具有寬帶隙(室溫3.37 eV)、大激活能(60 meV)、高Seebeck系數(shù)和高電導率和高熔點(1975℃)的半導體材料。相對于其它氧化物熱電材料,ZnO具有較高的功率因子,有可能成為優(yōu)異的高溫區(qū)熱電材料。但是較高的晶格熱導率不利于ZnO熱電性能的進一步提高。本畢業(yè)論文旨在保持ZnO的功率因子其不變的情況下,通過進一步降低ZnO的晶格熱導率,以期達到提高ZnO熱電性能的目標。本文首先確定了傳統(tǒng)的固相反應法合成ZnO陶瓷樣品的最佳條件。研究了不同球磨時間對熱電性能的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)實現(xiàn)最佳熱電性能的球磨時間一般是15小時。通過球磨可以影響材料的各項性能,因此球磨技術是合成純凈和摻雜的ZnO關鍵工藝流程之一。實驗中發(fā)現(xiàn)使用濕法研磨,行星球磨機單向旋轉,轉速為2O5rpm時,能夠得到均勻的混合物。燒結氛圍是影響材料熱電性質(zhì)的另一個重要因素。ZnO在存在氧空位時很不穩(wěn)定,所以找到一個合適的燒結氛圍非常重要。同樣組分的樣品放在不同的氛圍下燒結得到的Seebeck系數(shù)也不同。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)在氬氣環(huán)境下燒結樣品的Seebeck系數(shù)...
