從亞波長(zhǎng)光柵到超構(gòu)光柵:原理、設(shè)計(jì)及應(yīng)用

隨著納米光子學(xué)的發(fā)展,光學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)如光學(xué)微腔、波導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu)、光子晶體、亞波長(zhǎng)光柵、超構(gòu)表面等能夠在微納尺度實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)光的傳輸與調(diào)控,推動(dòng)了光學(xué)集成化的發(fā)展。亞波長(zhǎng)光柵由于其結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、成本低廉等特點(diǎn)得到了科學(xué)家們廣泛的研究,應(yīng)用在各種光學(xué)器件,逐漸形成了光柵分析模型的成熟理論體系。結(jié)合周期性結(jié)構(gòu)耦合行為及超構(gòu)表面中超構(gòu)原子的散射調(diào)制特性,從亞波長(zhǎng)光柵衍生出的超構(gòu)光柵能夠利用周期性布拉格散射提高調(diào)控光束的效率,從而避免了超構(gòu)表面相位離散化帶來(lái)的效率降低和能量損失?茖W(xué)家們研究并設(shè)計(jì)了超構(gòu)光柵,更多的物理現(xiàn)象及應(yīng)用被探究和挖掘。文中對(duì)亞波長(zhǎng)光柵以及超構(gòu)光柵的基本理論、設(shè)計(jì)和應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了概述。從基本原理出發(fā),論述了亞波長(zhǎng)光柵和超構(gòu)光柵的特性,綜述了二者的理論設(shè)計(jì)及單元設(shè)計(jì)方法,并介紹了在生物傳感、濾光片光譜調(diào)控和吸收薄膜等方面的應(yīng)用。最后,展望了未來(lái)的發(fā)展方向。
