熱處理對(duì)溫壓FeSiAl磁粉芯密度和磁性能的影響

【摘要】:采用1100 MPa/100℃溫壓成形工藝,將水霧化Fe Si Al粉末制備成磁粉芯。分別研究熱處理溫度和時(shí)間對(duì)Fe Si Al磁粉芯性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:在1100 MPa/100℃溫壓成形條件下,采用630℃×1 h的熱處理工藝時(shí),熱處理后磁粉芯密度達(dá)到5.737 g/cm~3;100 k Hz下相應(yīng)的有效磁導(dǎo)率μe達(dá)到137.9;50 k Hz/50 m T下磁損耗Ps為12.63 W/kg。
