【摘要】：為了研究隨機(jī)粗糙表面光散射分布特性機(jī)理,采用線性濾波法生成高斯分布隨機(jī)粗糙表面,以基爾霍夫近似作為電磁場(chǎng)邊界條件,采用蒙特卡羅方法數(shù)值計(jì)算了一組金屬和一組電介質(zhì)粗糙表面在S偏振光和P偏振光照射下的散射光強(qiáng)度空間分布。計(jì)算結(jié)果顯示:金屬表面與電介質(zhì)表面的散射光分布寬度、散射峰值、散射峰位置三個(gè)散射特征存在顯著差異,經(jīng)過分析發(fā)現(xiàn)這種特征差異的產(chǎn)生機(jī)理是由表面面元的斜率分布和面元反射率共同因素導(dǎo)致,與數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果對(duì)比,二者具有良好的一致性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the mechanism of light scattering distribution on random rough surface, the random rough surface with Gao Si distribution was generated by linear filtering method, and Kirchhoff approximation was used as the boundary condition of electromagnetic field. The spatial distribution of scattered light intensity of a group of metals and a group of dielectric rough surfaces irradiated by S polarized light and P polarized light is numerically calculated by Monte Carlo method. The results show that there are significant differences in the distribution width of scattering light, the peak value of scattering and the position of scattering peak between metal surface and dielectric surface. It is found that the mechanism of the difference is caused by the common factors of the slope distribution and the reflectivity of the surface elements, which are in good agreement with the numerical results.
