級聯(lián)弧放電氦等離子體特性研究

【摘要】:采用另加偏壓的單陰極弧氦放電直線等離子體裝置對氦等離子體的基本特性進行了研究。對氦軸向輸運規(guī)律做了描述并與光譜測量數(shù)據(jù)做了定性地比較。實驗結(jié)果表明,氦等離子體的電子溫度與電子密度均隨放電電流、約束磁場的增加而增加。氦原子與氦離子的輻射光譜隨放電電流、偏壓、磁場的變化規(guī)律進行了測量分析,同時氦離子對鎢靶積分輻照效應(yīng)進行了觀察。這些結(jié)果不但提供了氦等離子體的基本特性,對于研究氦離子與面向等離子材料相互作用導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)生氣泡、腫脹、脆化損傷等的評估,特別是對將來伴有(n,α)反應(yīng)時具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:The basic characteristics of helium plasma were studied by using a single cathode arc helium discharge linear plasma device with bias voltage. The axial transport of helium is described and qualitatively compared with the spectral data. The experimental results show that the electron temperature and electron density of helium plasma increase with the increase of discharge current and confined magnetic field. The radiation spectra of helium atom and helium ion were measured and analyzed with discharge current, bias voltage and magnetic field, and the radiation effect of helium ion on tungsten target was observed. These results not only provide the basic characteristics of helium plasma, but also evaluate the formation of bubbles, swelling, embrittlement damage, and so on, due to the interaction between helium ions and plasma-oriented materials. Especially, it has certain reference value for (n, 偽) reaction in the future.
