離子束在反應靶上碳沉積的實驗研究

【摘要】:碳沉積效應普遍存在于核物理實驗中,對低能核反應實驗有很大影響。本工作在反應靶前后加不同電壓,利用~(12)C束流持續(xù)轟擊~(13)C靶,研究了~(12) C有效厚度的變化。測量結果表明,碳沉積量與束流轟擊時間呈正比。本文分析了碳沉積的成因,研究了降低碳沉積效應的有效實驗方法,可為相關實驗提供參考。
[Abstract]:Carbon deposition effect exists in nuclear physics experiment and has great influence on low energy nuclear reaction experiment. In this work, the effective thickness of ~ (12) C is studied by continuous bombardment of ~ (13) C target with different voltages before and after the reaction target. The results show that the amount of carbon deposition is proportional to the beam bombardment time. In this paper, the origin of carbon deposition is analyzed, and the effective experimental method to reduce the carbon deposition effect is studied, which can be used as a reference for the relevant experiments.
