【摘要】：為提高自動(dòng)準(zhǔn)直效率,結(jié)合以太網(wǎng),設(shè)計(jì)出一套新型光路自動(dòng)準(zhǔn)直控制和檢測(cè)方案.該方案采用基于耦合矩陣的前饋補(bǔ)償及圖像Jacobian矩陣的近遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)串并行準(zhǔn)直方式,并引入局部自適應(yīng)閾值和二值化算法,同時(shí)將模糊控制算法運(yùn)用到步進(jìn)電機(jī)的調(diào)整過(guò)程中,提高光束近遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)圖像的處理精度,降低系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)直時(shí)間.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,該準(zhǔn)直系統(tǒng)遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)的平均調(diào)整誤差為空間濾波器小孔直徑0.44%,能夠滿足準(zhǔn)直系統(tǒng)遠(yuǎn)場(chǎng)調(diào)整精度(小于小孔直徑5%)的要求,準(zhǔn)直時(shí)間由原有的30mins縮短至12mins左右.
[Abstract]:In order to improve the efficiency of automatic collimation, a new automatic alignment control and detection scheme of optical path is designed with Ethernet. In this scheme, feedforward compensation based on coupling matrix and parallel collimation of image Jacobian matrix in near-far field are adopted, and local adaptive threshold and binarization algorithm are introduced. Meanwhile, fuzzy control algorithm is applied to step motor adjustment process. The processing accuracy of the near far field image is improved and the collimation time of the system is reduced. The experimental results show that the average adjustment error of the far field of the collimating system is 0.44 diameter of the small hole of the spatial filter, which can meet the requirements of the adjustment accuracy of the far field of the collimating system (less than 5% of the diameter of the small hole), and the collimation time is shortened from the original 30mins to about 12mins.
