【摘要】：正李啟虎教授的"水下目標(biāo)被動測距的一種新方法:利用波導(dǎo)不變量提取目標(biāo)距離信息"(《聲學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)》,2015年第40卷第2期138—143頁)一文入選第二屆中國科協(xié)優(yōu)秀科技論文。根據(jù)《第二屆中國科協(xié)優(yōu)秀科技論文遴選計(jì)劃實(shí)施方案》精神,中國科協(xié)組織實(shí)施了第二屆中國科協(xié)優(yōu)秀科技論文遴選計(jì)劃。通過牽頭單位組織實(shí)施、專家推薦、初評遴選、終評審定以及公示等程序,確定了99篇入選論文,并于2017年10月11日在中國科協(xié)技術(shù)協(xié)會網(wǎng)站公布。中國科協(xié)技術(shù)協(xié)會科協(xié)函學(xué)字【2017】236號文:本次入選的99篇論文是2013年以來發(fā)表在我國科
[Abstract]:A new method of passive distance measurement for underwater targets by Professor Li Qihu: using waveguide invariants to extract distance information of targets (Acoustic Journal, vol. 40, No. 2, 138-143, 2015) was selected for the second excellent scientific and technological paper of the Chinese Association of Science and Technology. According to the spirit of the Plan for the selection of excellent Scientific and technological papers of the second China Association of Science and Technology, the Association of Science and Technology of China has carried out the plan of selecting excellent scientific papers of the second session of the Association of Science and Technology of China. Through the procedures of lead unit organization, expert recommendation, initial evaluation and selection, final evaluation and public announcement, 99 selected papers were confirmed and published on the website of China Association of Science and Technology on October 11, 2017.
