兩種透明介質(zhì)微小折射率差高精度測(cè)量的新方法

【摘要】:對(duì)現(xiàn)有折射率的測(cè)量技術(shù)進(jìn)行分析,提出了一種測(cè)量?jī)煞N透明介質(zhì)間微小折射率差的新方法。首先,介紹了微小折射率差干涉測(cè)量方法的原理,并對(duì)該測(cè)量原理利用Zemax光學(xué)仿真軟件進(jìn)行了理論模擬論證。該實(shí)驗(yàn)中首先,采用熱鍵合技術(shù)制備包含兩種被測(cè)量材料的組合平板;其次,利用干涉測(cè)量?jī)x及外光路測(cè)量樣件界面區(qū)域不同入射角下的光程差;再者,利用幾何光學(xué)中的折射定律,推導(dǎo)折射率分布與干涉光程差的關(guān)系式。最后,通過(guò)二次曲線擬合獲得正入射時(shí)的光程差微小變化值、換算得到樣件兩種材料的折射率差值。實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量了1 at.%Yb~(3+)::YAG晶體與YAG晶體的熱鍵合樣品的折射率差,測(cè)量值為5.41×10~(-5),測(cè)量系統(tǒng)精度10~(-7)量級(jí)。結(jié)果表明:該測(cè)量方法原理簡(jiǎn)單、操作簡(jiǎn)便,測(cè)量精度高。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the existing refractive index measurement techniques, a new method for measuring the tiny refractive index difference between two transparent media is proposed. Firstly, the principle of micro refractive index difference interferometry is introduced, and the theory is simulated by Zemax optical simulation software. In this experiment, firstly, the composite plate containing two kinds of measured materials is prepared by thermal bonding technique. Secondly, the optical path difference of the interface area of the sample is measured by the interferometer and the external light path under different incident angles. The relation between refractive index distribution and interference optical path difference is derived by using refraction law in geometric optics. Finally, the light path difference is obtained by conic fitting, and the refractive index difference between the two materials is obtained by conversion. The refractive index difference between 1 at.%Yb~(3 w: YAG crystal and YAG crystal has been measured experimentally. The measured value is 5.41 脳 10 ~ (10) -5 ~ (-5), and the precision of the measurement system is 10 ~ (7). The results show that the method is simple in principle, simple in operation and high in accuracy.
