【摘要】：同色異譜現(xiàn)象是光譜反射率重建與顏色再現(xiàn)中的一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題。采用三基色CCD相機(jī)采集CIE標(biāo)準(zhǔn)光源D65下的顏色樣品信號(hào),建立非線性復(fù)合模型,使用主成分分析結(jié)合神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的方法(PCA-NET)改進(jìn)基于同色異譜黑理論的R矩陣算法,對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)Munsell色卡光譜重建進(jìn)行研究。在保證給定照明條件下的色度精度同時(shí),對(duì)光譜重建的結(jié)果進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)評(píng)價(jià)和討論。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在給定的照明條件下,PCA-NET算法能夠準(zhǔn)確的擬合相機(jī)輸出信號(hào)與主成分系數(shù)之間的非線性關(guān)系,將其代替線性算法應(yīng)用于R矩陣算法中時(shí),測(cè)試集的平均均方根值是未改進(jìn)R矩陣算法的0.76,平均標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差是R矩陣算法的0.85,可有效提高光譜反射率的重建精度。改進(jìn)后的R矩陣算法具有精度較高、操作簡(jiǎn)單易實(shí)現(xiàn)的特點(diǎn),可用于對(duì)重建色度精度及光譜精度均要求較高的領(lǐng)域。
[Abstract]:Metamerism phenomenon is an important problem of spectral reflectance reconstruction and color reproduction in color. The sample signal three color CCD camera CIE standard light source D65, a nonlinear composite model, combined with the method of neural network using principal component analysis (PCA-NET) improved R matrix algorithm of metamerism theory based on black study on the standard of Munsell card, to ensure accuracy of spectral reconstruction. At the same time given color lighting conditions, the spectral reconstruction results are evaluated and discussed. The experimental results show that the lighting in the given condition, the PCA-NET algorithm can be a non-linear relationship between the coefficient of fitting the camera output signal accurately and its principal components. Instead of a linear algorithm is applied to the R matrix algorithm, the test set the average RMS value of 0.76 is not improved R matrix algorithm, the average standard deviation is 0.85 R matrix algorithm, can have The reconstruction accuracy of spectral reflectance is improved effectively. The improved R matrix algorithm has the characteristics of high accuracy, simple operation and easy implementation, and it can be applied to the areas with higher requirement of reconstruction color accuracy and spectral accuracy.
