基于電光補(bǔ)償測量的光相位延遲拓展測量法

【摘要】:在激光電光調(diào)制補(bǔ)償測量光相位延遲量過程中,加入交流調(diào)制電壓形成倍頻接收信號,獲得消光的精確定位,能提高測量精確度。通過調(diào)制信號形狀變化與相關(guān)參量之依賴關(guān)系,可拓展測量范圍,解決在某些點(diǎn)附近無法測量波片相位的"盲區(qū)"問題。根據(jù)接收到的調(diào)制光信號形狀變化趨勢與待測波片樣品方位、延遲量、旋轉(zhuǎn)方向等條件的聯(lián)系,在待測波片快軸選定后,通過波片旋轉(zhuǎn)影響信號形狀變化規(guī)律的觀測,可敏銳地甄別在半波點(diǎn)或全波長點(diǎn)附近波片的正負(fù)偏差特性,從而解決了一般偏振干涉補(bǔ)償測量相位無法解決的測量盲區(qū)問題。不改變測量系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)也不需添加任何器件,適應(yīng)于最小延遲偏差≥λ/360的情況。
[Abstract]:In the process of measuring the optical phase delay by laser electro-optic modulation compensation, the AC modulation voltage is added to form the frequency doubling received signal, and the accurate location of extinction is obtained. It can improve the accuracy of measurement. The range of measurement can be expanded by changing the shape of modulation signal and the dependence of related parameters. The problem of "blind area" in which the phase of wave plate can not be measured near some points is solved. According to the changing trend of the shape of the modulated light signal received, the relationship between the orientation, delay quantity and rotation direction of the wave plate sample to be measured is discussed. After selecting the fast axis of the wave plate to be measured, the positive and negative deviation characteristics of the wave plate near the half-wave point or the whole wavelength point can be discerned acutely by the observation that the wave plate rotation affects the variation law of the signal shape. Thus, the problem of measurement blind area which can not be solved by general polarization interference compensation is solved. The measurement system structure is not changed and no device is added, which is suitable for the case of minimum delay deviation 鈮,
