【摘要】：準(zhǔn)確提取物流信息是物流工作正常進(jìn)行的基礎(chǔ),但市面上現(xiàn)存的幾種物流信息系統(tǒng)集成性能低且能耗高,無法為物流企業(yè)帶來可觀的效益。設(shè)計(jì)激光自動(dòng)掃描物流信息系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)由激光自動(dòng)掃描模塊和物流信息提取模塊組成,兩個(gè)模塊通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、藍(lán)牙或傳感器進(jìn)行連接。激光自動(dòng)掃描模塊由3DH-3M三維掃描儀和控制端組成,3DH-3M三維掃描儀通過三角架構(gòu)原理,收集并掃描物流貨物的物流信息�？刂贫耸褂肕YSQL提供的代碼,對掃描工作進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)和限制,以獲取精準(zhǔn)的掃描結(jié)果。3DH-3M三維掃描儀將其獲取的掃描結(jié)果傳輸?shù)轿锪餍畔⑻崛∧K,物流信息提取模塊使用有效信息模型,確定掃描結(jié)果的有效信息,并提取出其中的激光掃描線和激光掃描點(diǎn)。將激光掃描點(diǎn)寫入激光掃描線的對應(yīng)位置,便可提取到準(zhǔn)確的物流信息。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果證明,所設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)集成性能高、能耗低。
[Abstract]:Accurate extraction of logistics information is the basis of normal logistics work, but the existing logistics information systems in the market have low integration performance and high energy consumption. The system is composed of laser automatic scanning module and logistics information extraction module, two modules through the Internet. The laser automatic scanning module consists of a 3DH-3M 3D scanner and a control terminal. The 3DH-3M 3D scanner is based on the triangulation structure principle. Collect and scan the logistics information of the logistics goods. The control end uses the code provided by MYSQL to adjust and limit the scanning work. In order to obtain accurate scanning results. 3DH-3M 3D scanner to obtain the scan results to the logistics information extraction module, logistics information extraction module using an effective information model. Determine the effective information of the scanning results, and extract the laser scanning lines and laser scanning points. The laser scanning points can be written into the corresponding position of the laser scanning lines to extract accurate material flow information. The experimental results prove that. The designed system has high performance and low energy consumption.
