脈寬對(duì)超快激光平衡光學(xué)互相關(guān)測(cè)距影響的研究

【摘要】:采用基于平衡光學(xué)互相關(guān)的超快激光絕對(duì)距離測(cè)量方法對(duì)大氣中一段15m的空間距離進(jìn)行了測(cè)量。仿真了不同脈沖寬度、不同光強(qiáng)損耗對(duì)平衡互相關(guān)信號(hào)的影響,理論分析表明脈寬展寬對(duì)平衡互相關(guān)信號(hào)影響較大。采用中心波長(zhǎng)為1037nm、重復(fù)頻率為260MHz的超快激光器光源,搭建了測(cè)距系統(tǒng)。實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了在脈寬分別為1.44ps、132fs時(shí),對(duì)平衡互相關(guān)信號(hào)的影響,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果符合理論分析。研究了不同脈沖寬度對(duì)測(cè)量分辨力的影響,結(jié)果顯示,采樣時(shí)間為5ms,脈寬為1.44ps,測(cè)量分辨力不低于50μm;而當(dāng)脈寬為132fs時(shí),測(cè)量分辨力優(yōu)于5μm。
[Abstract]:Using ultrafast laser balanced optical cross correlation based on absolute distance measurement method of atmosphere in a 15m space distance was measured. The simulation of different pulse width and the effect of different light intensity on the balance of the signal loss correlation, theoretical analysis shows that the pulse width of the cross-correlation signal balance influence. The center wavelength is 1037nm, repeat the frequency of ultrafast laser light source 260MHz, built ranging system. Experimental results show that the pulse width is respectively 1.44ps, 132fs, impact on the balance of cross-correlation signal, experimental results consistent with theoretical analysis. Effect of different pulse width on the resolution of measurement results show that the sampling time is 5ms, the pulse width is 1.44ps. The measurement resolution of not less than 50 m; and when the pulse width is 132fs, the measurement resolution is better than 5 m.
