【摘要】：電力通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)是電網(wǎng)的重要組成部分,而通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源管理系統(tǒng)對(duì)于電力系統(tǒng)調(diào)度通信部門提高資源管理能力和提高企業(yè)競爭力具有非常重要的意義。本文就是針對(duì)建設(shè)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源管理系統(tǒng)的需求,研究如何設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)南寧供電局通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源管理系統(tǒng)。本論文首先研究南寧供電局通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源管理系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)思想和總體架構(gòu)的構(gòu)建。系統(tǒng)架構(gòu)主要由采集層、服務(wù)層、應(yīng)用層三部分組成。系統(tǒng)整體技術(shù)以JAVA的SSH框架技術(shù)為基礎(chǔ),其中,采集層主要是根據(jù)具體的接口情況,分別采用了JAVA、Perl等技術(shù)來實(shí)現(xiàn)；同時(shí)根據(jù)具體功能需求,在服務(wù)層引用了GIS、FLEX技術(shù)來實(shí)現(xiàn)相關(guān)的功能服務(wù),應(yīng)用層統(tǒng)一使用java技術(shù)開發(fā),提供Web Service接口。接下來,本論文還研究了資源管理模塊和集中監(jiān)視模塊功能的設(shè)計(jì)。因?yàn)樵谟晒δ苣K、支撐系統(tǒng)和接口模塊三大部分組成南寧供電局通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源管理系統(tǒng)中,功能模塊中的資源管理模塊和集中監(jiān)視模塊是整個(gè)系統(tǒng)最核心的部分。資源模塊需要實(shí)現(xiàn)資源信息管理、資源配置管理以及資源圖形化管理；集中監(jiān)視模塊需要實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)最常用的基本管理功能之外,更重要的是構(gòu)成了動(dòng)態(tài)資源管理的最關(guān)鍵基礎(chǔ)。通過該項(xiàng)目的建設(shè),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)南寧供電局通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)的高效、統(tǒng)一管理,確保通信網(wǎng)和電力網(wǎng)的安全穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行,在資源管理和通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障監(jiān)控方面有效提高了南寧供電局的運(yùn)維效率,帶來了明顯的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益。
[Abstract]:Electric power communication network is an important part of power grid, and communication network resource management system is very important for power system dispatching and communication department to improve resource management ability and enhance enterprise competitiveness. According to the requirement of building communication network resource management system, this paper studies how to design and develop the communication network resource management system of Nanning Power supply Bureau. Firstly, this paper studies the overall design idea and architecture of Nanning Power supply Bureau Communication Network Resource Management system. The system architecture consists of three parts: collection layer, service layer and application layer. The whole technology of the system is based on the SSH frame technology of JAVA, in which the acquisition layer is realized by JAVA,Perl and other technologies according to the specific interface condition. At the same time, according to the specific functional requirements, the GIS,FLEX technology is used in the service layer to realize the related functional services. The application layer uses java technology to develop and provide the Web Service interface. Next, this paper also studies the design of resource management module and centralized monitoring module. Because in the communication network resource management system of Nanning Power supply Bureau, which is composed of functional module, supporting system and interface module, the resource management module and centralized monitoring module in the functional module are the core parts of the whole system. The resource module needs to realize resource information management, resource configuration management and resource graphical management, and the centralized monitoring module needs to realize the most commonly used basic management function of the system, and more importantly, it constitutes the most important foundation of dynamic resource management. Through the construction of this project, the efficient and unified management of the communication network of Nanning Power supply Bureau can be realized, and the safe and stable operation of communication network and power network can be ensured. In the aspects of resource management and communication network fault monitoring, the operation and maintenance efficiency of Nanning Power supply Bureau has been improved effectively, and obvious economic and social benefits have been brought.
