基于雷達(dá)測距的火車精確對接控制研究

【摘要】:基于FMCW毫米波雷達(dá)測距的火車速度控制是載貨火車精確對接的解決方案之一。本論文采用FPGA+DSP的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計雷達(dá)測距系統(tǒng),結(jié)合用直流電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速控制模擬火車速度控制,研究基于雷達(dá)測距的火車對接精確控制方法,設(shè)計了基于雷達(dá)測距的火車精確對接控制系統(tǒng)。本文研制的系統(tǒng)分為測距系統(tǒng)和速度控制系統(tǒng)兩個部分。測距系統(tǒng)主要包括了三個內(nèi)容:1)完成了測距系統(tǒng)方案設(shè)計及可行性論證;2)完成了調(diào)制信號電路、中頻信號濾波放大電路和信號處理電路等模塊的設(shè)計;3)分析了FFT和ZOOM-FFT算法在雷達(dá)信號處理方面的應(yīng)用,提出了將ZOOM-FFT算法應(yīng)用于火車對接測距系統(tǒng),提高了系統(tǒng)測量精度及處理速度。速度控制系統(tǒng)主要包括三個內(nèi)容:1)完成了速度控制系統(tǒng)方案設(shè)計及可行性論證;2)完成了正反轉(zhuǎn)功率驅(qū)動電路的設(shè)計;3)設(shè)計了PWM波實現(xiàn)了直流電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的自動控制,模擬火車對接的速度控制過程。對系統(tǒng)在實驗室和現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行測試,實驗室環(huán)境下,系統(tǒng)在0.5-10m內(nèi)絕對誤差小于0.2m,在10-50m內(nèi)的絕對誤差小于0.5m;在長沙機(jī)務(wù)段現(xiàn)場測試條件下,系統(tǒng)在0.5-50m范圍內(nèi)最大誤差0.64m。用電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速控制模擬火車速度對速度控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測試:電機(jī)速度初始化值為v0,當(dāng)目標(biāo)距離在15-50m范圍時,電機(jī)速度為1.5v0;在5-15m范圍時,電機(jī)速度為v。;在1-5m時,電機(jī)速度為0.5 v。;當(dāng)距離在lm以內(nèi)時,電機(jī)停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),通過慣性實現(xiàn)模擬對接過程。
[Abstract]:Train speed control based on FMCW millimeter wave radar ranging is one of the solutions for accurate docking of cargo trains. In this paper, the radar ranging system is designed by using the structure of FPGA DSP, and the train speed control is simulated by DC motor speed control, and the precise control method of train docking based on radar ranging is studied. A train precise docking control system based on radar ranging is designed. The system developed in this paper is divided into two parts: ranging system and speed control system. The ranging system mainly includes three parts: 1) complete the scheme design and feasibility demonstration of the ranging system; 2) complete the modulating signal circuit, if signal filtering and amplifying circuit and signal processing circuit and so on; 2) complete the design of modulating signal circuit, if signal filtering and amplifying circuit and signal processing circuit, etc. 3) the application of FFT and ZOOM-FFT algorithm in radar signal processing is analyzed, and the application of ZOOM-FFT algorithm in train docking ranging system is put forward, which improves the measurement precision and processing speed of the system. The speed control system mainly includes three contents: 1) the scheme design and feasibility demonstration of the speed control system are completed; 2) the design of positive and reverse power drive circuit is completed; 3) PWM wave is designed to realize the automatic speed control of DC motor, which simulates the speed control process of train docking. The system is tested in laboratory and field. In laboratory environment, the absolute error of the system is less than 0.2 m within 0.5 m and less than 0.5 m within 10 m. Under the condition of on-site test of Changsha locomotive depot, the maximum error of the system is 0.64m in the range of 0.5m / 50m. The motor speed control simulation train speed control system is used to test the speed control system: the initial value of motor speed is v _ 0, when the target distance is in the range of 15 ~ 50 m, the motor speed is 1.5 v _ 0, and in the range of 5 ~ 15 m, the motor speed is v. The motor speed is 0.5v. When the distance is within lm, the motor stops running and simulates the docking process by inertia.
