業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模發(fā)展下的CDMA2000 1xEV-DO網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著移動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)和智能手機(jī)的飛速發(fā)展,上海電信CDMA2000 lxEV-D0網(wǎng)絡(luò)負(fù)荷不斷增高,網(wǎng)絡(luò)呈現(xiàn)出高連接次數(shù)、低流量的無線連接特性。而與此同時(shí),全網(wǎng)連接建立擁塞次數(shù)也大幅增長,數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)的規(guī)模發(fā)展對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源和性能維護(hù)都提出了極大挑戰(zhàn),針對(duì)性的網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化工作勢在必行。本文關(guān)注用戶對(duì)高速率數(shù)據(jù)日益增長的強(qiáng)烈需求與上海電信現(xiàn)網(wǎng)CDMA20001xEV-DO網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源瓶頸間的激烈矛盾,針對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模發(fā)展下的網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化進(jìn)行了研究。本文首先對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模發(fā)展環(huán)境下,CDMA2000 1x EV-DO網(wǎng)絡(luò)中可能存在的問題進(jìn)行了研究,總結(jié)了網(wǎng)絡(luò)問題分析的思路和方法,并從月度走勢、忙時(shí)、終端側(cè)、業(yè)務(wù)側(cè)等角度進(jìn)行了上海電信CDMA2000 1x EV-DO全網(wǎng)資源分析,總結(jié)出目前上海全網(wǎng)總體負(fù)荷不高、但部分載扇資源已達(dá)到瓶頸的負(fù)荷特性。本次接著根據(jù)這一網(wǎng)絡(luò)負(fù)荷特性,進(jìn)行了針對(duì)性的網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化策略研究。研究的策略包括Dormancy Timer優(yōu)化、RAB Threshold優(yōu)化、軟切換參數(shù)優(yōu)化、ColorCode調(diào)整、尋呼策略調(diào)整、接入?yún)?shù)優(yōu)化和DO載頻邊界優(yōu)化等,并進(jìn)行了區(qū)域性的實(shí)施效果驗(yàn)證。根據(jù)策略實(shí)施效果,本次研究總結(jié)出休眠機(jī)制、負(fù)荷控制機(jī)制、切換機(jī)制、規(guī)劃機(jī)制、尋呼機(jī)制、接入機(jī)制和基礎(chǔ)優(yōu)化等方面的應(yīng)對(duì)策略,同時(shí)總結(jié)了優(yōu)化策略實(shí)施后的效果評(píng)估方法。本次研究得出的網(wǎng)絡(luò)問題分析方法和優(yōu)化策略,已被上海電信無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化中心標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化成優(yōu)化方法手冊(cè),并被中國電信集團(tuán)推廣至全國其他省公司。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile data services and smart phones, the CDMA2000 lxEV-D0 network load of Shanghai Telecom is increasing, and the network presents the characteristics of wireless connection with high number of connections and low traffic. At the same time, the number of network connection congestion has also increased dramatically. The scale development of data services has posed a great challenge to network resources and performance maintenance, so the targeted network optimization work is imperative. This paper focuses on the fierce contradiction between the growing demand for high speed data and the bottleneck of CDMA20001xEV-DO network resources in Shanghai Telecom, and studies the network optimization under the development of service scale. In this paper, the possible problems in CDMA2000 1x EV-DO network under the environment of service scale development are studied, and the train of thought and method of network problem analysis are summarized, and the monthly trend, busy time, terminal side, etc. This paper analyzes the CDMA2000 1x EV-DO network resources of Shanghai Telecom from different angles, and concludes that the overall load of the whole network in Shanghai is not high at present, but some of the fan carrying resources have reached the bottleneck load characteristic. Then according to the network load characteristic, this paper carries on the targeted network optimization strategy research. The strategies studied include Dormancy Timer optimization, RAB Threshold optimization soft handover parameter optimization ColorCode adjustment paging strategy optimization access parameter optimization and DO carrier frequency boundary optimization etc. According to the effect of strategy implementation, this study summarizes the countermeasures of dormancy mechanism, load control mechanism, switching mechanism, planning mechanism, paging mechanism, access mechanism and basic optimization, etc. At the same time, the effect evaluation method after the implementation of the optimization strategy is summarized. The network problem analysis methods and optimization strategies obtained in this study have been standardized by Shanghai Telecom Wireless Network Optimization Center into an optimization method manual and extended by China Telecom Group to other provincial companies in the country.
