激光導(dǎo)航精密伺服轉(zhuǎn)臺設(shè)計、裝配及檢測

【摘要】:在科技領(lǐng)域,激光導(dǎo)航在軍事和民用應(yīng)用廣泛。精密伺服轉(zhuǎn)臺為激光導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)中的核心部件,本文以實際項目為工作基礎(chǔ),針對精密伺服轉(zhuǎn)臺在設(shè)計、裝配、檢測過程中所學(xué)習(xí)研究的知識進(jìn)行總結(jié)研究歸納。論文主要論述精密伺服轉(zhuǎn)臺結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、裝配工藝工程、軸系及關(guān)鍵部件檢測三個方面。在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計中,以水平軸系和垂直軸系為大框架,介紹主要零件的設(shè)計思想及注意事項,對重要零件進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析和強(qiáng)度校核計算;在裝配過程中,按照裝配流程出對轉(zhuǎn)臺需安裝部件進(jìn)行裝配,指出相關(guān)注意事項;在最后,對轉(zhuǎn)臺的軸系誤差進(jìn)行檢測并分析、檢測編碼器誤差精度及對轉(zhuǎn)臺整體摩擦力矩進(jìn)行檢測。本文的研究內(nèi)容主要對工程實踐進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納,具有重要的工程意義。
[Abstract]:In the field of science and technology, laser navigation is widely used in military and civilian applications. The precision servo turntable is the core component of laser navigation system. Based on the actual project, this paper summarizes and studies the knowledge of the precision servo turntable in the design, assembly and detection process. This paper mainly discusses three aspects of precision servo turntable structure design, assembly process engineering, shafting and key components detection. In the structural design, taking the horizontal and vertical shafting as the frame, this paper introduces the design ideas and points for attention of the main parts, and carries out modal analysis and strength checking calculation for the important parts. In the process of assembly, assemble the parts needed to install the turntable according to the assembly process, and point out the relevant points for attention; Finally, the shaft system error of the turntable is detected and analyzed, the accuracy of the encoder error and the whole friction moment of the turntable are detected. The research content of this paper mainly sums up the engineering practice, which has important engineering significance.
