一種基于ZigBee無(wú)線通信技術(shù)的汽車檢測(cè)線系統(tǒng)體系結(jié)構(gòu)

【摘要】:近年來(lái),在汽車工業(yè)迅速發(fā)展的影響下,全球汽車的保有量也大幅增加。因此,由汽車安全行駛性能所引起的交通安全隱患也大幅提高。為了能夠有效降低和改善潛在的交通安全隱患,進(jìn)行汽車綜合性能檢測(cè)的汽車綜合性能檢測(cè)站應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。 目前國(guó)內(nèi)外運(yùn)營(yíng)的汽車檢測(cè)站所使用的檢測(cè)線系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸均為采用線纜傳輸?shù)挠芯傳輸類型,為了能在傳統(tǒng)的汽車綜合性能檢測(cè)線的檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的采集、傳輸以及數(shù)據(jù)處理方面取得較為明顯的關(guān)于節(jié)省資源、布置簡(jiǎn)單等方面的改進(jìn),本文在充分研究和調(diào)查了目前國(guó)內(nèi)外的汽車綜合檢測(cè)站的運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況以后,根據(jù)目前針對(duì)于汽車綜合性能檢測(cè)的新需求和相關(guān)應(yīng)用,,在對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的汽車綜合性能檢測(cè)線的原理以及結(jié)構(gòu)的深入了解研究以后,針對(duì)檢測(cè)線系統(tǒng)的檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的傳輸方面,提出了一種基于ZigBee無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的汽車綜合性能檢測(cè)站,通過(guò)將汽車綜合性能檢測(cè)設(shè)備的傳感器技術(shù)和ZigBee無(wú)線通信技術(shù)以及基于VB平臺(tái)開發(fā)的實(shí)時(shí)檢測(cè)操作系統(tǒng)集成在一起,便能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)檢測(cè)線的檢測(cè)設(shè)備的數(shù)據(jù)的自動(dòng)、迅速和集中以及準(zhǔn)確的完成采集、傳輸和處理。 最后本文所提出的這種基于ZigBee無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)的汽車綜合性能檢測(cè)線通過(guò)關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題的分析以及進(jìn)行可行性的研究以后,在進(jìn)行硬件布置安裝和軟件程序的連接設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)實(shí)體汽車綜合性能檢測(cè)站進(jìn)行實(shí)車檢測(cè)得到了應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證,結(jié)果表明這種采用ZigBee無(wú)線網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)钠嚲C合性能檢測(cè)線具有較好的有效性和實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值,雖說(shuō)結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)不夠完美和成熟,但對(duì)于以后的汽車綜合性能檢測(cè)站的規(guī)劃發(fā)展建設(shè)具有一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, under the influence of the rapid development of automobile industry, the global automobile ownership has also increased significantly. Therefore, the traffic safety hidden danger caused by the safe driving performance of the vehicle is also greatly improved. In order to effectively reduce and improve the potential traffic safety hidden danger, the vehicle comprehensive performance testing station came into being. At present, the data transmission of the detection line system used in the domestic and foreign automobile inspection stations is the cable transmission type. In order to collect the detection data of the traditional automobile comprehensive performance test line, In the aspects of transmission and data processing, there have been obvious improvements on saving resources and simple layout. After a thorough study and investigation of the operation status of the domestic and foreign comprehensive vehicle inspection stations, According to the new requirements and related applications of automobile comprehensive performance detection at present, after deeply understanding and studying the principle and structure of the traditional vehicle comprehensive performance detection line, the transmission of detection data for the detection line system is discussed. This paper presents a vehicle integrated performance testing station based on ZigBee wireless network, which integrates the sensor technology of the vehicle integrated performance detection equipment, the ZigBee wireless communication technology and the real-time detection operating system based on the VB platform. It can realize the automatic, rapid and centralized data acquisition, transmission and processing of the detection equipment. Finally, after the analysis of the key problems and the feasibility study, the vehicle integrated performance detection line based on ZigBee wireless network is designed based on the experiment of hardware arrangement and software program design. The actual vehicle detection is verified by the physical vehicle comprehensive performance test station. The results show that the ZigBee wireless network for data transmission of the vehicle comprehensive performance detection line has good effectiveness and practical engineering application value. Although the structure system is not perfect and mature, it can be used for reference for the planning, development and construction of the vehicle comprehensive performance test station in the future.
