面向不確定信息的復(fù)雜裝備制造方案設(shè)計(jì)求解方法

【摘要】:針對制造物聯(lián)中的不確定信息導(dǎo)致難以高效選擇最優(yōu)制造供應(yīng)商的問題,提出一種面向不確定信息的復(fù)雜裝備制造方案設(shè)計(jì)求解方法。在綜合考慮制造物聯(lián)不確定信息的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了制造物聯(lián)多供應(yīng)商決策模型,利用同異反聯(lián)系度度量物聯(lián)制造方案與物聯(lián)用戶需求間的匹配程度,通過面向不確定信息的復(fù)雜裝備制造方案設(shè)計(jì)求解方法,計(jì)算制造方案的同異反聯(lián)系度和模糊聚類并初步排序,利用隨機(jī)模擬和模糊集值統(tǒng)計(jì)分析不確定因素對排序結(jié)果的影響,為制造物聯(lián)用戶提供高效、敏捷的不確定信息的多制造方案供應(yīng)鏈規(guī)劃技術(shù)。通過高精坐標(biāo)鏜床主軸物聯(lián)制造過程驗(yàn)證了所提方法的準(zhǔn)確性和高效性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that uncertain information makes it difficult to select the optimal manufacturing supplier efficiently, a method for complex equipment manufacturing scheme design based on uncertain information is proposed. On the basis of synthetically considering the uncertain information of manufacturing linkage, a multi-supplier decision model is established, and the matching degree between manufacturing scheme and user's requirement is measured by the degree of similarity, difference and inverse connection. Based on the solution of complex equipment manufacturing scheme based on uncertain information, the similarity, difference and inverse relation of manufacturing scheme and fuzzy clustering are calculated and preliminarily sorted. By using stochastic simulation and fuzzy set-valued statistical analysis to analyze the influence of uncertain factors on ranking results, a multi-manufacturing scheme supply chain planning technique is proposed to provide efficient and agile uncertain information for manufacturing users. The accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method are verified by the manufacturing process of the spindle of high precision coordinate boring machine.
