一種新型MICS頻段可植入天線的設計

【摘要】:設計了工作在MICS頻段,尺寸為10 mm×10 mm×1.905 mm的可植入天線。采用高相對介電常數(shù)材料和平面倒F結構微帶天線(PIFA)結構以降低天線尺寸。經(jīng)過軟件HFSS仿真計算,對天線模型參數(shù)進行了優(yōu)化,得到最佳的設計效果。天線在403 MHz的諧振頻點上回波損耗小于 20 dB,在實現(xiàn)小型化的同時,保持 37 dB的天線遠場增益,保證了天線工作的可靠性。
[Abstract]:An implantable antenna with a size of 10 mm 脳 10 mm 脳 1.905 mm working in the MICS band is designed. The high relative dielectric constant material and the planar inverted F structure microstrip antenna (PIFA) structure are used to reduce the antenna size. The parameters of the antenna model are optimized by software HFSS simulation, and the optimum design results are obtained. At the resonant frequency of 403 MHz, the echo loss of the antenna is less than 20 dB, while the antenna is miniaturized, and the far-field gain of the antenna of 37 dB is maintained, which ensures the reliability of the antenna.
