【摘要】：在發(fā)射機(jī)維護(hù)的過(guò)程中發(fā)現(xiàn),對(duì)于水冷的DX發(fā)射機(jī)來(lái)講,"冷卻故障"出現(xiàn)時(shí),PB單元或發(fā)射機(jī)將直接關(guān)機(jī),除非故障排除手動(dòng)開(kāi)機(jī),嚴(yán)重威脅安全播出。本文通過(guò)對(duì)"冷卻故障"進(jìn)行原理性的分析,結(jié)合典型故障,對(duì)PB200單元出現(xiàn)的"冷卻故障",以及在觸摸屏(MMI)上的顯示,完整地總結(jié)了引起冷卻故障的原因及應(yīng)急處理方法。
[Abstract]:In the course of transmitter maintenance, it is found that, for water-cooled DX transmitter, when "cooling failure" occurs, the unit or transmitter will be shut down directly unless the malfunction is removed by manual operation, which seriously threatens the safety of broadcasting. Through the principle analysis of "cooling fault", combined with typical fault, the "cooling fault" of PB200 unit and the display on touch screen (MMI), this paper summarizes the cause of cooling fault and emergency treatment method.
