【摘要】：隨著移動網(wǎng)絡的不斷建設，對各種工程物資的管理對于移動公司來說變得尤為重要，傳統(tǒng)依靠人工書寫單據(jù)的倉儲管理模式已經(jīng)不能適應公司現(xiàn)有的工程建設規(guī)模和需求了。因而公司決定建設一套結合了無線射頻技術（RFID）和無線局域網(wǎng)（WLAN）網(wǎng)絡的智能倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)以改善上述倉庫管理的問題。RFID技術減少了人工錯誤，而WLAN網(wǎng)絡具有數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)母咝院头�(wěn)定性，二者的結合使系統(tǒng)更具實用性。 本課題在分析唐山移動公司倉庫管理需求的基礎上，設計并實現(xiàn)了智能倉儲管理系統(tǒng)。本文首先對系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)過程中所使用的RFID技術、WLAN和其他各相關技術進行了介紹,提出了結合WLAN和RFID技術在倉庫管理應用的必要性；然后設計和實現(xiàn)了基于RFID和WLAN的倉儲管理系統(tǒng)，業(yè)務流程模塊包括入庫管理、出庫管理、盤庫管理、設備定位管理、設備物品庫存警報提示、工作流管理、統(tǒng)計分析、系統(tǒng)管理等功能，并繪制了改造后的業(yè)務流程圖，進一步優(yōu)化了公司的管理流程，，提升了管理水平。 目前智能倉儲管理系統(tǒng)已被成功應用到了唐山移動的倉庫管理業(yè)務中,運行穩(wěn)定、效果良好。
[Abstract]:With the continuous construction of mobile networks, the management of various engineering materials has become particularly important for mobile companies. The traditional warehouse management model which relies on manual documents can no longer meet the existing engineering construction scale and demand. As a result, the company decided to build an intelligent warehouse management information system that combines the wireless radio frequency technology (RFID) with the wireless LAN (WLAN) network in order to improve the above warehouse management problems. WLAN network has high efficiency and stability of data transmission, and the combination of the two makes the system more practical. Based on the analysis of warehouse management requirements of Tangshan Mobile Company, the intelligent warehouse management system is designed and implemented. This paper first introduces the RFID technology and other related technologies used in the implementation of the system, and puts forward the necessity of applying WLAN and RFID technology in warehouse management, and then designs and implements the warehouse management system based on RFID and WLAN. The business process module includes the functions of storehouse management, outbound management, disk library management, equipment location management, equipment inventory warning, workflow management, statistical analysis, system management and so on, and draws the revamped business flow chart. Further optimize the company's management process, improve the management level. At present, the intelligent warehouse management system has been successfully applied to the warehouse management business of Tangshan Mobile.
