【摘要】：隨著數(shù)據(jù)流量的指數(shù)增長，蜂窩網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營商面臨著一個(gè)岌岌可危形勢：滿足快速增長的流量的同時(shí)降低成本并提高每用戶平均收入（ARPU）。由于電費(fèi)占據(jù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營商支出的20%~30%，這種形勢只會(huì)隨著移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)消耗能量費(fèi)用的增加變得更加嚴(yán)峻。 在本論文中，我們提出了一種叫做細(xì)胞縮放的新技術(shù)來減少基站的能量消耗。通過細(xì)胞縮放技術(shù),基站可以基于用戶的位置動(dòng)態(tài)地調(diào)整它們的覆蓋半徑和發(fā)射功率。根據(jù)用戶的位置和信噪比的需求，發(fā)射功率可以設(shè)置成最小級別�；緩膩矶疾煌耆P(guān)閉。我們首先分析用戶在一天之中每個(gè)時(shí)間段的行為，，因而我們可以建立基站密度和用戶密度之間的關(guān)系。然后根據(jù)在一天之中每個(gè)時(shí)間段的用戶數(shù)量的所有信息，我們決定發(fā)射功率以滿足每個(gè)用戶的需求和保證服務(wù)質(zhì)量。我們也提出提高基站某些部分的能源利用率，如冷卻部分，幫助我們節(jié)省高達(dá)25%的基站消耗的總能量。 仿真顯示，在不降低用戶服務(wù)質(zhì)量的前提下，本文提出的算法能夠節(jié)省高達(dá)40%的網(wǎng)絡(luò)能量消耗。
[Abstract]:With the exponential growth of data traffic, cellular network operators are facing a precarious situation: satisfying the rapid growth of traffic while reducing costs and increasing (ARPU). Per user's average income Since electricity charges account for 20% of network operators' spending, the situation will only become more severe as mobile networks consume more energy. In this paper, we propose a new technique called cell scaling to reduce the energy consumption of base stations. By cell scaling, the base station can dynamically adjust their coverage radius and transmit power based on the user's position. According to the user's position and the demand of SNR, the transmit power can be set to the minimum level. Base stations are never completely shut down. We first analyze the behavior of users at every time of the day, so we can establish the relationship between base station density and user density. Then, based on all the information about the number of users in each time of day, we decide to transmit power to meet the needs of each user and ensure the quality of service. We also propose to increase the energy efficiency of some parts of the base station, such as the cooling part, to help us save up to 25% of the total energy consumed by the base station. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can save up to 40% of network energy consumption without reducing the QoS of users.
