數(shù)據(jù)挖掘在移動通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃作為通信運營商投資規(guī)劃的重要依據(jù),直接影響運營商的投資運營策略,并最終決定了消費者的滿意度。中國移動作為中國最大的通信運營商,在2012年明確提出了四網(wǎng)聯(lián)合規(guī)劃的要求,并制定了四網(wǎng)聯(lián)合發(fā)展的業(yè)務(wù)分流目標。如何做好這個規(guī)劃,是中國移動面對的一個重大課題。數(shù)據(jù)挖掘是當(dāng)前信息技術(shù)研究的熱點之一。通過數(shù)據(jù)挖掘可以在海量數(shù)據(jù)中發(fā)現(xiàn)有用的信息,將信息變成行動,行動轉(zhuǎn)換成價值,并取得一定的社會效益和經(jīng)濟效益。通信運營商是典型的數(shù)據(jù)密集企業(yè),積累了大量寶貴的信息。因此,需要充分利用移動通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)運行的歷史數(shù)據(jù)和當(dāng)前數(shù)據(jù)信息,通過數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)來發(fā)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)及業(yè)務(wù)運行中的潛在需求,做好網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃工作。在本課題的研究工作中,本人主要進行了數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)的研究、中國移動目前網(wǎng)絡(luò)的情況及四網(wǎng)定位的分析、現(xiàn)有移動網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃方法及策略的分析、ARIMA在網(wǎng)絡(luò)預(yù)測中的應(yīng)用研究、基于信令挖掘工具的四網(wǎng)聯(lián)合規(guī)劃的方法研究,同時還應(yīng)用SWOT的分析方法,對基于數(shù)據(jù)挖掘的移動網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃方法的應(yīng)用在移動網(wǎng)絡(luò)戰(zhàn)略方面的重要作用進行了研究。通過研究,本文探索出了一套適用于四網(wǎng)聯(lián)合規(guī)劃的包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)話務(wù)預(yù)測和將用戶行為分析應(yīng)用到四網(wǎng)聯(lián)合規(guī)劃的方法,做到對于話務(wù)需求點的更精確定位,為中國移動的移動網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃提供了技術(shù)支撐,驗證了將數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù)應(yīng)用到移動通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃中的實用性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Network planning, as an important basis for investment planning of communication operators, directly affects the investment and operation strategies of operators, and ultimately determines the satisfaction of consumers. China Mobile, as the largest telecom operator in China, put forward the requirement of joint planning of four networks in 2012, and formulated the service diversion target of joint development of four networks. How to do a good job of this plan, is a major issue facing China Mobile. Data mining is one of the hotspots in information technology research. Through data mining, useful information can be found in massive data, information can be turned into action, action can be converted into value, and certain social and economic benefits can be obtained. Communication operators are typical data-intensive enterprises, accumulated a lot of valuable information. Therefore, it is necessary to make full use of the historical data and current data information of mobile communication network, to discover the potential demand in network and business operation through data mining technology, and to do a good job of network planning. In the research work of this subject, I have mainly carried on the research of the data mining technology, the current network situation of China Mobile and the analysis of the location of the four networks, the analysis of the existing mobile network planning method and strategy, and the application research of Arima in the network forecast. This paper studies the method of joint planning of four networks based on signaling mining tools, and studies the important role of mobile network planning method based on data mining in mobile network strategy by using the analysis method of SWOT. Through the research, this paper explores a set of methods including network traffic prediction and the application of user behavior analysis to the four-network joint planning, which is suitable for the four-network joint planning, so as to achieve a more accurate location of the traffic demand points. It provides technical support for mobile network planning of China Mobile, and verifies the practicability and effectiveness of applying data mining technology to mobile communication network planning.
