【摘要】：由于4G用戶(hù)和業(yè)務(wù)的快速增長(zhǎng),要求4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)應(yīng)以終為始,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)劃、建設(shè)和優(yōu)化階段就必須和用戶(hù)感知對(duì)標(biāo)、和市場(chǎng)發(fā)展對(duì)標(biāo),有一個(gè)清晰的目標(biāo)網(wǎng)概念。本文從大慶移動(dòng)提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)質(zhì)量、提升用戶(hù)感知、促進(jìn)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展三個(gè)層面考慮4G網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)進(jìn)行了論述。
[Abstract]:Due to the rapid growth of 4G users and services, 4G network construction should start with the end. In the stage of network planning, construction and optimization, there must be a clear concept of target network with user perception and market development. This paper discusses the construction of 4G network from three aspects of Daqing Mobile: improving network quality, improving user perception and promoting service development.
