無線寬帶政務(wù)專網(wǎng)視頻監(jiān)控一體化軟件平臺開發(fā)與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:無線寬帶政務(wù)專網(wǎng)是南京無線寬帶城域網(wǎng)中的重要組成部分。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)和圖像處理技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,視頻監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)在無線寬帶政務(wù)專網(wǎng)建設(shè)中得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。而視頻監(jiān)控一體化平臺則是無線寬帶政務(wù)專網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)上的一個重要的應(yīng)用整合平臺。如何做好視頻監(jiān)控一體化平臺的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用,發(fā)揮好其快速靈活、覆蓋廣闊和綜合集成的優(yōu)勢,是無線寬帶政務(wù)專網(wǎng)建設(shè)的重點。本文著眼于當前無線寬帶政務(wù)專網(wǎng)建設(shè)的需求及問題,對視頻監(jiān)控一體化軟件平臺進行了領(lǐng)域分析,提出了系統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域的場景模型和領(lǐng)域模型。在領(lǐng)域模型的基礎(chǔ)上,對系統(tǒng)進行構(gòu)架建模,抽象出視頻監(jiān)控一體化軟件平臺通用的軟件構(gòu)架模型DSSA(特定領(lǐng)域軟件構(gòu)架),并把視頻監(jiān)控一體化軟件平臺的可復用框架劃分成電子地圖框架、播放器框架、視頻幀獲取框架、錄像與業(yè)務(wù)信息關(guān)聯(lián)框架、視頻圖像質(zhì)量檢測框架、通信框架、設(shè)備管理框架和決策分析評估框架。在框架的設(shè)計過程中,為提高框架的可復用性,建立了框架的邏輯模型,運用了中介者、觀察者和組合等設(shè)計模式及構(gòu)件技術(shù)。基于上述框架,設(shè)計和實現(xiàn)了一個視頻監(jiān)控一體化軟件平臺,進一步驗證了系統(tǒng)框架的可復用性。本人在該課題中主要負責了播放器框架、視頻平臺框架的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn),參與了平臺的實際測試工作,并通過該平臺保障了一些重要活動的順利進行。
[Abstract]:Wireless broadband government network is an important part of Nanjing wireless broadband man. With the rapid development of network and image processing technology, video surveillance system has been widely used in the construction of wireless broadband government private network. The video surveillance platform is an important application integration platform on wireless broadband government affairs private network system. How to do well the development and application of the integrated video surveillance platform, give full play to its rapid and flexible, covering broad and integrated advantages, is the focus of wireless broadband government network construction. Focusing on the requirements and problems of the construction of wireless broadband government special network, this paper analyzes the domain of the integrated software platform of video surveillance and puts forward the scene model and domain model of the system domain. Based on the domain model, the architecture of the system is modeled. Abstract the software architecture model DSSA (specific domain software architecture), and divide the reusable framework of video surveillance software platform into electronic map framework, player framework and video frame acquisition framework. Video and business information correlation framework, video image quality detection framework, communication framework, equipment management framework and decision analysis and evaluation framework. In the process of frame design, in order to improve the reusability of the framework, the logical model of the framework is established, and the design pattern and component technology, such as intermediary, observer and composition, are used. Based on the above framework, an integrated software platform for video surveillance is designed and implemented, which further verifies the reusability of the system framework. I am mainly responsible for the player framework, video platform framework design and implementation, participate in the platform's actual testing work, and through the platform to ensure the smooth progress of some important activities.
