【摘要】:探討定義一種基于調(diào)頻副載波的應(yīng)急廣播消息傳輸技術(shù)機(jī)制和協(xié)議封裝格式,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)應(yīng)急廣播信令和數(shù)據(jù)傳輸控制協(xié)議及終端設(shè)備編碼規(guī)則的統(tǒng)一和規(guī)范化,解決各設(shè)備廠商生產(chǎn)的終端互不兼容導(dǎo)致后期維護(hù)困難等方面的問題,促進(jìn)和加快各地采用調(diào)頻負(fù)載波技術(shù)進(jìn)行應(yīng)急廣播消息播發(fā)的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)建設(shè)和發(fā)展速度。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the definition of an emergency broadcast message transmission mechanism and protocol encapsulation format based on FM subcarrier, and realizes the unification and standardization of the emergency broadcast signaling and data transmission control protocol and the coding rules of terminal equipment. In order to solve the problems of terminal incompatibility caused by various equipment manufacturers in late maintenance, and to speed up the application system construction and development speed of emergency broadcast information broadcast by using FM load wave technology in various places.
