護(hù)目鏡雙目顯示光學(xué)系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:本文概述了頭盔顯示器的基本概念、主要任務(wù)、工作過(guò)程以及研制現(xiàn)狀和典型產(chǎn)品,介紹了HMD光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的工作原理和一般組成。本文詳細(xì)論述了機(jī)載頭盔瞄準(zhǔn)/顯示器光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)計(jì)要求,確定雙曲面護(hù)目鏡式光學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)為最終設(shè)計(jì)方案,設(shè)計(jì)了護(hù)目鏡型頭盔顯示器光學(xué)系統(tǒng),使用CODE-V(9.5)光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)軟件對(duì)頭盔顯示器的護(hù)目鏡式離軸非球面光學(xué)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),獲得十分理想的效果,使得頭盔瞄準(zhǔn)具整個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)更合理,實(shí)用性更強(qiáng);分析了該光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的光學(xué)性能和畸變特點(diǎn),研究了該光學(xué)系統(tǒng)畸變的算法軟件校正方法,并對(duì)護(hù)目鏡型頭盔顯示器光學(xué)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了畸變校正,結(jié)果顯示:校正后光學(xué)系統(tǒng)具有很高的成像質(zhì)量,空間頻率為501p/mm時(shí),全視場(chǎng)調(diào)制傳遞函數(shù)接近0.2,同時(shí)畸變小于0.5,系統(tǒng)滿足機(jī)載護(hù)目鏡型頭盔顯示器性能指標(biāo)要求。最后對(duì)頭盔顯示器光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)作了扼要分析。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the basic concept, main task, working process, development status and typical products of helmet display are summarized. The working principle and general composition of HMD optical system are introduced. In this paper, the structure and design requirements of airborne helmet-mounted sighting / display optical system are discussed in detail. The hyperboloid optical structure is determined as the final design scheme, and the optical system of goggle-type helmet display is designed. The design of off-axis aspheric optical system of helmet display is optimized by using CODE-VC9.5), which makes the whole structure of helmet sighting more reasonable and practical. The optical properties and distortion characteristics of the optical system are analyzed. The algorithm and software correction method for the distortion of the optical system is studied, and the distortion correction for the optical system of the goggle-type helmet display is carried out. The results show that the corrected optical system has high imaging quality. When the spatial frequency is 501p/mm, the full field modulation transfer function is close to 0.2 and the distortion is less than 0.5. The system meets the performance requirements of airborne goggle-type helmet displays. Finally, the key technology and development trend of helmet display optical system are briefly analyzed.
