【摘要】：分析了通信用電源浪涌保護(hù)器限制電壓的測(cè)量不確定度來源和評(píng)估方法,通過具體案例介紹它的各個(gè)不確定度分量的數(shù)學(xué)模型、參數(shù)的實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)定和理論計(jì)算方法,綜合評(píng)估的具體步驟和方法,可作為電源浪涌保護(hù)器限制電壓測(cè)量不確定度評(píng)定的模版供參考。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the source of uncertainty and evaluation method of the limited voltage of surge protector of power supply for communication, and introduces the mathematical models of each uncertainty component, the experimental measurement of parameters and the theoretical calculation method through concrete cases. The concrete steps and methods of comprehensive evaluation can be used as templates for evaluating uncertainty of limited voltage measurement of power surge protectors.
