小型平板縫隙天線設(shè)計(jì)方法研究

【摘要】:波導(dǎo)縫隙陣列天線就是在波導(dǎo)寬邊或窄邊上開出裂縫,并適當(dāng)排列組成線陣或面陣,來(lái)滿足各種天線應(yīng)用的要求。它具有增益高、口徑分布易控制、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、加工方便等顯著優(yōu)點(diǎn),在雷達(dá)天線中占有不可替代的地位。其中,波導(dǎo)寬邊開縱縫的駐波陣,即平板縫隙天線,還具有損耗小、重量輕、功率容量大、極化純度高、機(jī)械強(qiáng)度大等特點(diǎn),得到了廣泛應(yīng)用,如戰(zhàn)斗機(jī)上的火控雷達(dá)、導(dǎo)彈的引導(dǎo)頭天線等。平板縫隙天線的設(shè)計(jì)理論雖然已經(jīng)比較完備,但針對(duì)具體的工程設(shè)計(jì)仍有特殊問(wèn)題需要特殊處理。本文以平板縫隙天線為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo)與其工程應(yīng)用環(huán)境,在設(shè)計(jì)理論和常用設(shè)計(jì)流程的基礎(chǔ)上,由波導(dǎo)縫隙的傳輸線模型中等效電導(dǎo)與激勵(lì)電平的關(guān)系提取縫隙的電導(dǎo)值后,將縫隙長(zhǎng)度近似為相同值,并在波導(dǎo)輻射面上增加角反射器。這種方法適用于平板縫隙線陣和小型面陣的設(shè)計(jì),并且由仿真與實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果證明了該方法的可行性。本文的主要內(nèi)容為:1.分析了陣列天線的基本理論與常用天線綜合方法,研究了波導(dǎo)縫隙天線的基本理論與設(shè)計(jì)原理,總結(jié)了矩形波導(dǎo)寬邊縱縫駐波陣的一般設(shè)計(jì)流程。2.以實(shí)際工程設(shè)計(jì)為例,結(jié)合基于數(shù)值分析的電磁仿真軟件,設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)工作頻率為9.5GHz的10×8元平板縫隙陣列天線陣面。3.設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)小型化的波導(dǎo)功分器作為平板縫隙陣列天線的側(cè)饋饋電網(wǎng)絡(luò)。該功分器采用波導(dǎo)T型結(jié)作為結(jié)構(gòu)單元,由合適的拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)來(lái)控制功分器的體積,通過(guò)電感膜片調(diào)整各端口的功率分配量,使其滿足天線的激勵(lì)分布。經(jīng)實(shí)測(cè),本文設(shè)計(jì)的天線滿足工程應(yīng)用要求,并根據(jù)實(shí)測(cè)結(jié)果分析了進(jìn)一步提高天線性能的相關(guān)改進(jìn)措施。
[Abstract]:Waveguide slot array antenna is to crack at the wide or narrow edge of the waveguide and properly arrange to form a linear array or a plane array to meet the requirements of various antenna applications. It has many advantages, such as high gain, easy control of aperture distribution, compact structure, convenient processing and so on. It plays an irreplaceable role in radar antenna. Among them, the standing wave array with longitudinal slit on the wide side of the waveguide, that is, the flat slot antenna, also has the characteristics of small loss, light weight, large power capacity, high polarization purity, high mechanical strength and so on, so it has been widely used, such as the fire control radar on the fighter plane. The guided head antenna of a missile, etc. Although the design theory of flat plate slot antenna is quite complete, there are still some special problems in engineering design. In this paper, the flat slot antenna is taken as the research object, according to the design index and its engineering application environment, based on the design theory and common design flow. Based on the relationship between equivalent conductance and excitation level in the transmission line model of waveguide slot, the slot length is approximately the same value, and the angle reflector is added to the radiation surface of the waveguide. This method is suitable for the design of planar slot linear array and small plane array, and the feasibility of the method is proved by simulation and experimental results. The main content of this paper is: 1. The basic theory and common antenna synthesis method of array antenna are analyzed, the basic theory and design principle of waveguide slot antenna are studied, and the general design flow of rectangular waveguide wide longitudinal slot standing wave array is summarized. Taking the actual engineering design as an example and combining the electromagnetic simulation software based on numerical analysis, a 10 脳 8 element slot array antenna array surface of 10 脳 8 element plate is designed with the working frequency of 9.5GHz. 3. A miniaturized waveguide power divider is designed as a side feed network for planar slot array antennas. The power divider uses the waveguide T-junction as the structure unit, the volume of the power divider is controlled by a suitable topology, and the power distribution of each port is adjusted by inductance diaphragm to satisfy the excitation distribution of the antenna. According to the measured results, the antenna designed in this paper can meet the requirements of engineering application. Based on the measured results, the related improvement measures for further improving the antenna performance are analyzed.
