側(cè)入式背光源視角特性研究

【摘要】:為了給液晶顯示器亮度視角的設(shè)計(jì)提供依據(jù),論文針對(duì)側(cè)入式背光源的亮度視角進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)研究,考慮可能對(duì)其影響的3個(gè)因素,即燈源入光方式、導(dǎo)光板類型和光學(xué)膜層組配。首先,對(duì)2種不同入光方式,即短邊入光和長(zhǎng)邊入光進(jìn)行了研究;接著,對(duì)3種不同類型導(dǎo)光板,即油墨印刷、射出成型和熱滾壓導(dǎo)光板進(jìn)行了研究;最后,對(duì)不同組配光學(xué)膜層進(jìn)行了研究。測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)顯示在相同導(dǎo)光板和膜層組配的情況下,2種不同入光方式的二分之一亮度視角都為50°左右,但是短邊入光方式在水平方向的亮度分布具有不對(duì)稱性;在相同入光方式和膜層組配的情況下,不同類型導(dǎo)光板的二分之一亮度視角都為50°左右,且亮度分布很一致;在相同入光方式和導(dǎo)光板的情況下,不同膜層組配的二分之一亮度視角最小為27°,最大可達(dá)82°,數(shù)據(jù)變化較大。數(shù)據(jù)顯示對(duì)亮度視角影響最大的因素為膜層組配,接著是入光方式,而導(dǎo)光板的類型對(duì)其基本沒有影響。
[Abstract]:In order to provide the basis for the design of the luminance angle of LCD, the luminance angle of side-in backlight source is studied in detail in this paper.Light guide plate type and optical film composition.First of all, two different light entry modes, namely short edge light and long edge light, are studied. Then, three different types of light guide, namely ink printing, injection molding and hot rolling light guide, are studied.The optical films with different composition were studied.The test data show that the 1/2 luminance angle of two different light entry modes is about 50 擄under the condition of the same light guide plate and film layer, but the luminance distribution in the horizontal direction of the light entry mode with short edge is asymmetrical.In the case of the same light entry mode and film combination, the 1/2 luminance angle of different types of light guide plates is about 50 擄, and the luminance distribution is very consistent; under the same light entry mode and the same light guide plate, the light angle is about 50 擄and the luminance distribution is the same.The 1/2 luminance angle of different film combinations is 27 擄and 82 擄respectively.The most important factor affecting the luminance angle is the composition of the film layer, followed by the mode of light entry, but the type of the light guide plate has no effect on it.
